Reception person was nice & helped with my baggs. It was super cold, -15° out, he showed me to my room & turned on heat, adjusted it to my liking. Room smelled like old smokers. I inquired but told it was all no smoking. Walls had stains, coffee pot was not washed & sheets didnt appear clean. I left.

Extremely dirty. Something was spilled down the front of the refrigerator door. There was vomit, or something similar on the hair dryer that was mounted below the sink. It smelled very badly. Only towel bar was broken off the wall. We had reservations for three nights. Right after we saw the room we asked what the cancellation policy was. He said they required 24 hours’ notice. So we said we would stay the first two nights but would leave a day early. He said that we couldn’t get a refund for the third night because we were already checked in. We paid $145/night. He argued with me that the place was clean.

Rooms have hard floors. Our voices echoed. We ended up not hearing much from other rooms, but we were concerned about generating noise ourselves. The gal at the front desk was super friendly and helpful and even turned the waffle maker back on when we were a little late for breakfast. Pool was cold, so we didn't use it, which was kind of a bummer. They do advertise
outside for weekly/monthly rentals. Our room was clean on the surface, but you can tell the place is in need of a deep cleaning (mostly a lot of debris in the cracks because the flooring was installed sloppy and minor mildew in the bathroom). This was okay for a quick stop, but if I was staying for more than a night, I might've looked elsewhere.

TLDR: Okay for a night, economical, helpful and friendly staff.

Nice pool, very warm and calming. Rooms were clean. Hotel had a different smell, but didn't seem dirty. Front desk was nice and understanding about checking in late. Had nice showers with hot water and good water pressure which is hard to find. One complaint-fire alarm had low batteries and started beeping loudly/obnoxiously around 2-3am.

We stayed here for a week. 2 adults 2 small children. The service this man gives is amazing! Never failed to make sure we had everything we needed our room was clean yes some dust here and there but that’s not a problem. What matters is the floor was clean the beds were clean the bathroom area was clean and the service was above and beyond. During my time I even Witnessed the owner helping guest carry their items up the stairs! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Do not stay at this hotel. We were told the rooms were very clean. That was a lie. The smooth floors were dirty as evidenced by the dirt picked up on my bare feet. The desk was covered in a film of dust. There were unknown speckles on the desk chair that didn't wash off with water. The towel bar in the bathroom was missing. The bathtub was very smooth and slippery with soap on your feet. One of the outlets was so loose plugs would fall out of it. The windows were left open and there was rainwater and a dead bumble bee on the floor. We we first checked in the hot water was so hot we were in danger of being scalded. We found this hotel to be very poorly maintained.

And the owner is a thief he charges a deposit and when you check out he finds random escusses not to give it back

The guy at the front desk was very nice and respectful! The rooms were very clean. Beds were comfy. The kids loved the pool. It was super warm almost like a bath! The included breakfast was nice.
We will definitely be back.
