This place is my favorite for homemade jerky. They have an amazing selection of meats and sides. The stuffed jalapeño half shells are always my go too.

I love this shop. The people are friendly and knowledgeable. They process my venison for summer sausage and it is delicious. Very fast turnaround. Will always be my GoTo deer processor.

I love the sandwiches from here. I would have given 5 stars but they close at 6pm ,i went there at 5pm to get a sandwich and they told me no more deli sandwiches for the night they were closed.. kinda disappointing as they don't close til six. They need to specify they close the deli a hour early so no one else waste their time AND gas to go .
