Smokin Blue BBQ did a great job catering our wedding in Burlington, WI. Food was delicious; we got so many compliments! They also had creative solutions/options for speciality diet menu items that were needed. Overall, would hire again and again!

Smokin’ Blue BBQ catered our wedding at the Treasury in Delavan. We looked at a ton of different options before we found Smokin Blue BBQ. After the first bite during the taste test, we were writing the check.

Our wedding was roughly 150 people. We did a buffet style dinner at a venue that you would typically see a “plated dinner”. The buffet went off without a hitch.

Emmett and his staff were very kind, professional and overall amazing. They coordinated with the venue ahead of time and were well prepared. We never had any concerns. The overall the dinner service was excellent and most importantly the food was phenomenal.

I received some many comments and compliments about how great the food was. As far as price, they were extremely competitive.

Thank you Emmett and his staff! We are beyond grateful!

Smokin' Blue BBQ catered my wedding on 8/24/24 and the food was so amazing. We got pulled chicken and pork with sides of mac and beans. People were absolutely raving about the food!! We had tons of guests asking us where the place was because they loved it so much. I would recommend them to anyone looking to cater an event.

The Smokin Blue BBQ food was absolutely delicious. We had alot of options to choose from, Emmett and his staff were wonderful and professional, as well as easy to work with!! The previous caterer did us a favor by canceling a month and a half before the wedding because Smokin Blue was the best!! Will definitely use again! Burlington is lucky to have you!!

Had Smokin’ Blue as our caterer for our wedding this year and couldn’t have been more pleased. All the food was incredible - everyone loved it! They were also super great to work with throughout the whole process - very flexible to our wants/needs, open about what they could provide, and super friendly and understanding. They were a huge role in making our day perfect!

Food delivered right on time, hot and ready to serve. We did the brisket, pulled chicken, cornbread and macaroni and cheese with coleslaw. It was all delicious! Everyone raved about the cornbread. The meat was so tender and perfectly smoked! The barbecue sauce was amazing! If you love good barbecue, this is the place!!

We ordered pulled chicken and brisket for Fathers Day with not a lot of notice and was very accommodating and even delivered it. Emmett is great! And the meat!!! Wow! Brisket was excellent and the pulled chicken is now a favorite. This will definitive my go to!

The food is amazing and working with Emmett is so easy. He delivered and set up for service right away. We have enjoyed the food before at other parties and from his food trailer, and never disappointed. We ended up with leftovers, but no one is complaining about that!
