Yeah yeah yeah, I know, another five-star review! Well, when a chain does things the correct way, I believe in actually being positive about the establishment, rather than tear folks down. I was very pleased with this Giordano's, I've never really been to a bad Giordano's. Everything was delicious. I got a pitcher of sangria, and it was very good! I think I had about 7 glasses of sangria out of that pitcher🤪 My wife had about four. She loved her Greek salad, and personal size deep dish. I loved my tavern style veggie with extra cheese. It was perfect! Also, I have to admit that the establishment was extremely clean. Anyway, thank you for allowing me to review this wonderful location. Our server, I believe her name was Abby, was in the top 3% in terms of pleasantness, efficiency, and personality. Like I said, I've been to many Giordano's, and, this one was very well established in it's positive corporate culture.!.?.!

Great deep dish pizza. Lots of places to sit. Many tvs for watching sports. We enjoyed the pizza and cheese wedges. Chicken was also good. You should try it. Also smells great inside.

Went out with the family for National Deep Dish Pizza Day, and wasn't disappointed. Got there early, had the appetizer combo platter, which was cheaper than most. We split a family bowl of salad, which was fresh tasting. Then a 10" pan and one deep pizza. In total, again, I was surprised that the price was less than most. Our server was nice but had more going on than we knew. Drinks went dry, and the food was timed and delivered well. Just some little service stuff lacked. I don't blame, nor care much. Just can't let it go unnoticed, though.

Had Abby as a server tonight and she was pretty amazing. She was helpful with our questions as it was our first time here and she tended to our needs quickly with the nicest smile. The manager on duty, jesus, greeted us and was also kind in making sure our food was delicious. Thank you for the great service! We will be back!

So I keep trying cause I hope things will change. I really like the food, but a delivery that takes close to 90-120 minutes, more than 30 minutes beyond their estimate, and ends with cold food is not acceptable. Either the staff or the company is bad and I am done now.

One of the most notable pizza icons of Chicago and a welcome addition to K-Town. Whether deep dish or thin crust, this is definitely the place to be.

Always consistently good customer service wherever you go, clean dining area and great food at still reasonable prices.

Anytime we order deep dish, the wait is well worth it. Giordano's is just one of those things that's a must in life if living in an area that has a location.

It was just terrible service. We were seated and forgotten about. It took them 20 minutes to have someone at our table for the first visit. Took our order for 1 pizza, which took 35 minutes to come out. He asked us if we wanted cheese and peppers when he dropped the pizza off, never brought them. No one checked on us during the meal. Hour and a half spent there and it was by far the worst service of my life. The restaurant was only half full. The food was ok when it finally came out.

Super disappointed. Ill never go back there.

In between my year, from time to time I’d go into this locations Giordano’s to gather with family and friends. Every single time without a doubt I’m more than please with the top tier service that I receive. The atmosphere is more than comfortable, the food is well prepared to my liking and most importantly the service that I receive is the best service I can get. I’ve had Brandon as a server a couple of times and his attention to detail is so spot on that he never misses a beat with me or my fellow companions that tend to go with from time to time. Very fast, very efficient, very welcoming and warm. Thank you for your outstanding service Brandon and I hope to see more of you in your high service in the next coming year! 10/10 highly recommend!
