As always, the people were very friendly and attentive. The room was comfortable and very, very clean. We enjoyed the hot tub on a few evenings and found it delightful after a long day of sightseeing. Parking is a little confusing, but I believe that to be a Seattle issue in general.
I was disappointed with this stay as it seemed more like a hotel than I'm used to with WorldMark. We missed the dishwasher, and the lack of laundry in the unit was extremely inconvenient. While walking through the lobby at one point, the floors were being mopped, and I was overwhelmed by the smell of the cleaner.
The 16-year-old in our party was unimpressed that identical prints were used for artwork in the unit.
While I would not discount this property altogether going forward, I may choose differently, based on the amenities I am accustomed to at a WorldMark.

Decent location if you want to explore downtown Seattle: within walking distance of Nordstrom, public market, convention center and south lake union.
Parking is $35/day plus tax (approximately $40 odd /day); internet is $10/day and city taxes are about $15/night; i was also charged a 'mid week housekeeping charge' because i checked in on a Sunday and departed on Friday, so if you're booking outside of their common weekly schedules, they'll charge you $108! I got this place for an exchange fee from my HGV membership but i still paid then in total just over $400 for my 5 nights of stay.
The staff are friendly, but i reported problems with my room:
no hot water 2 of the mornings; floor drain in shower never got resolved (i reported each of these incidences).
If you have a vehicle, you need to be escorted to the parking access door due to the vagrant activity in the area.
I was in the area for business but had to travel to the eastside each day;i wouldn't stay here again for work, but might consider if i were visiting Seattle for downtown venues, even then, Seattle is a bit of a cesspool and i don't have much of a desire to be downtown, even when i lived in the region.

Not much of a city fan, but this is a quaint and historic building. The rooms have been pleasant every time. The staff has been more miss recently than a hit. The lobby music was too loud and staff yelling to talk to customers; didn’t help the migraine. Which they didn’t care about and held us to sign up for stuff even though we had to leave at 3:00 am. A little peeved to be told to wait to the side and then they help the lady that barges through behind us. Whatever, patience is a virtue. I will return, but checking in and going to my room, no thank you should only have to be said once.

Longtime WorldMark owners. Our first stay a few years ago was excellent. Our stay last night was not good. We were in town for a play at Paramount - great location near theater. Do not accept a studio - very uncomfortable Murphy bed and difficult to move around. Staff were gear and welcoming. Tesh (bellman)very helpful. We were given a bottle of wine which froze in refrigerator. The worst of all was that our car was broken into in the underground “secure” parking, where there are no camera's! Beware - don’t leave presents in the car!!

I’m only giving 4 stars for the room just bc we only got a studio (we used our timeshare fyi) It was last a minute that is why it’s the only available. Service is great. Location is the best!!!! Since it’s in downtown it’s close to everything! Restaurant, stores and of course the pike place! Everything is walkable.

Down part, no free wifi. If your there for vacation you don’t really need it. Just enjoy your stay and away from your phone.

Wow we were so impressed by the friendly staff and beautiful room! The manager went out of his way to make our stay perfect. Several things stood out. The location was a perfect central location to most everything in downtown Seattle. Starbucks Roastery 9 min walk, Pike’s Place Market and the boardwalk with Ferris wheel 11 min walk. The monorail a few minutes walk.
Staff Very helpful loading and unloading luggage.
The view from our window we could see the wonderful city life. We do not live in the big city life area and fun to see the people out walking and different building. Then watching the city wake up anew in the morning. Wonderful stay and I highly recomend

Rooms are very comfortable. Parking and internet are prohibitively expensive. There is no restaurant in the hotel, no sauna. It does have a heated pool and a hot tub, both ourdoors. Not very handicapped accessible.

We have been owners since 1997 and have stayed at The Camlin several times.
1) The musty smell gets worse each year.
2) The owner education push is HORRIBLE. We had to see three different people at three different stations before we had even been to our room. Your staff are rude, demeaning, and incredibly pushy. No thank you means NO THANK YOU - it does NOT mean please ask more pushy people to talk to me about "owner education" when we all know that is code for give us your money. It's like you choose to piss your guests/owners off on purpose.
3) Bad mouthing your corporate website, phone representatives, and other staff makes you appear unprofessional.

The best thing about this resort is the location to the Paramount and Ruth's Chris.
