Stayed her for a little getaway for our anniversary. Food items were okay. Had to ask for cups, and their juice was out of order. The vending machine were basically empty on the second floor, so you had to walk the stairs to get a snack. Then there was that $100 charge for damaged towels, so they say. Left a couple emails for the manager with no response in regards to the charge of 2 body towels, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth and that's what I was charged $100 for what they say was damaged. Those towels are not worth $100, and umm, bleach works wonders on clothes. Bathtube was gross with black things all over the bottom of it. Hair on the walls and mold around the faucet. There are other hotel/motels in the area more worthy of your money. Won't stay here ever again.

We had 1 girl who was super nice she works mornings very helpful always smiling and very friendly. The rooms well bathroom was not clean and door didn't even close right. The window to outside doesn't latch no screen you could slide window right open so anyone can come through it and the light was broken next to bed someone was suppose to come look at it but no one showed. We were there 2 nights and people above us continuously made noise throughout the night kids running back and forth. We had issues with our vehicle but the owner was rude wouldn't talk to us the first shift girl was super nice helped us much as she can thank you again 😊

When we arrived, we noticed that the room smelled musty. The floor wasn't very clean, especially in the corners. The toilet had a hair on it, and the bathtub had several hairs, as well as debris on the bottom of the tub. We settled in, then when we left to go get dinner, I stopped at the front desk to ask the attendant if our bathroom could be cleaned. She said that cleaning staff had left, but she offered me a different room and allowed me to check it out first. The entry way light didn't work, and the bathtub was equally as dirty with debris, plus there was some kind of product that had spilled on the corner ledge and dripped down the side of the tub. We decided to stay with our current room, and the front desk attendant said she would take care of the issue in our bathroom. When we returned from dinner, the hair on the toilet was gone, but the bathtub was unchanged. We were tired and decided to deal with it. So to summarize, the floor was dirty (I wore shoes in the room unless there was a towel on the floor), the bathroom was dirty, and the room smelled musty. I was able to see another room, and it was even worse. I definitely will not stay there again and would not recommend it to others.

Positive: Hotel employee at the front desk is always helpful and professional. Negative: One of the hotel staff walked into my room unannounced twice within an hour. She did not knock or announce herself just walked right in. later on same night there was a party 2 doors over from me which I had to report 3 times and took 4 hours to resolve.

This place has come a long way. I've stayed in many hotels from Texas to Chicago to Milwaukie and everywhere in between. I've stayed in 5 star hotels and 1 star hotels. Each having their own perks depending on how we've felt that time. This particular Days Inn is probably more comfortable then some supposed 5 star places. From check in to check out the staff treated me exactly as expected, polite, and respectful to my privacy. I enjoy staying here more then ever and this hotel has really made some serious improvements over the past few years.

Okay things started a bit off here.. Loud guest on each side of us. They agave us an upgraded room on our last four days here. I thought that was nice and much quieter. My Father just passed away and I am not taking it the greatest. I needed a getaway for a bit. For it’s the holidays. Glad my hubby took us here. The King Suite is highly recommended!!! The GM and Front Desk lady Andria Rock!! They turned it around for us. Left us a present. Thank you😍

Room 217 has mold on the shower wall.
It also had busted flooring that was stuck up and was sharp. The light switch was absolutely gross
221 was better but filthy behind the toilet and no knives, no batter for waffles (they told us they didn't have anymore), nothing but toast or bagels
We are in our late 60s and there were only second floor rooms. No elevator, so we had to lug our bags up a flight of stairs. When we complained, I was told that they thought about having an elevator but it would be too expensive, for them

In my opinion, I know saying this was disgusting doesn't say much. But, as a former tour bus operator and saying it was the worst hotel I've stayed at, might give a better picture. Upon entering you notice a fowl smell. Then, the woman at the desk had to check out a room to see if it was up to par (and it wasn't) may have really set the tone. She gave us a room and upon entering it was small, out of date, and foul smelling.
First we turned on the heat. The room apparently hasn't been used for a while. The heater smelled mildewish and like it was on fire. Then we tried the TV. The TV indicated it had no signal. The coup de grace, the refrigerator was warm and had black mold inside. When we called the front desk, the attendant said she would find us another room. After an hour, we decided to find another hotel.
When we come to check out, the attendant said she would refund our stay except the night we arrived. We had only been there 90 minutes (most of which we spent Internet surfing for another room).
While this review is purely my opinion, I hope Wyndham resorts takes a serious look into this place and revokes their accreditation. This place does not do Wyndham justicenor any other hotel chain.
