The rooms are spacious and have a fridge and a microwave.|The decor is modern and pleasant.|The breakfast is OK but they use paper plates and plastic cutlery which 'cheapens' the dining experience. It feels like the breakfast is designed to a budget, a tight budget.|The rooms are not cleaned daily. I came back to my room at the end of the day and was surprised that house-keeping had not visited. The bed was unmade, the trash can full etc. Very disappointing.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I will definitely stay again. I was very impressed, as it was probably the nicest Hampton Inn I have stayed at all year, and I travel about 30% of the year for my job. Very clean and quiet, decent internet, good front desk staff, good breakfast selection, close to I-94 and stores, restaurants, etc., Great all-around.

Another visit to the Hampton Inn and Suites for a visit to UW-Parkside! Everything was perfect during our stay, with one exception. The breakfast! It was way below what you come to expect from a Hampton Inn breakfast. The breakfast staff was also not very friendly and did not seem to be enjoying their job! The rest of the staff at the front desk and cleaning staff were exceptional!

Traveled for a college volleyball tournament. My daughter’s team and several parents stayed here. My daughter was there the night before me and told me her room was not clean, there was hair in the tub from a previous guest and the mattresses and mattress pads weren’t clean when she checked for bed bugs.

Check was smooth. My room had debris on the carpet, trash still on the floor under the desk and in the bathroom. Pretty sure it was not vacuumed, swept or mopped. Black hair on the white bathroom counter from previous guest. Checked for bed bugs…no bugs, but there was a hair on the “clean” sheets under the pillows. The amount of hair and debris on the box spring by the headboard was repulsive. Do they ever vacuum or wash the bed skirt? The mattress pad needed washed. I was getting ready to contact the front desk when I got a message asking how my room was. I responded back about the cleanliness and the response was...”Sorry to hear that” with nothing further. There were 2 beds in my room because my other daughter could not join me as expected, fortunately the other bed sheets appeared cleaner. Another parent also mentioned her room was not clean.

They do not have digital keys at this location and I forgot my key card in my room. Upon returning after dinner, I requested a key at the desk. The man asked my room number and gave me a key. He never asked my last name or for identification. Terrible security for a single woman staying by herself, not to mention, what if I accidentally gave the wrong room number and walked in on a different guest. Another mom did the same thing and she also was not asked for identification.

The walls were pretty soundproof but the floor/ceiling was not. The herd of elephants above me started stomping around at 6:00am. If you are a light sleeper, get a room in the top floor.

Breakfast was typical except they didn’t keep up with the coffee.

Not impressed with this Hampton Inn location, and I stay at them pretty often. Sadly, they were the sponsor for the tournament we were playing in…they should spend the money on housekeeping and staff training instead.

BUYER BEWARE!! I would never recommend this hotel. I booked through booking.com and the day of my arrival I received a call from the hotel saying booking.com canceled my reservation even though they had took my money out of my account weeks before. Kayla said she would hook me up with their sister hotel since everything was sold out in Kenosha due to homecoming. Well the doubletree hotel was in another town and did not have a free breakfast. I called booking.com to see why they canceled and still had my money, well they never canceled my room and had still paid for it. The hotel would not even speak with booking.com about this. I tried calling the hotel three times, which I was hung up on every time when I asked why they didn't have a room that I was and had paid for. I believe they canceled my reservation and sold it to someone who paid more. Customer service was not good even when they spoke with me. I would never book with them again.

Definitely recommend this hotel. Most importantly, the room was very clean. Typical hotel breakfast was good, fitness room was satisfactory, friendly staff. A coupke of small oddball things though. Bathroom did not have a privacy lock and bathroom did not have a fan so the bathroom got really steamed up from the shower. These things were mostly just a bit surprising considering every other detail that was considered within the room and establishment. I would still stay here again.
