Island Square is such a safe and amazing place to live in the heart of Mercer Island. Both Alexa and Chrystle, the property managers, have been so helpful both in the moving process and also since we’ve been living here and have created such an amazing environment to live. They put so much effort into making sure that the apartments are taken care of, and often create happy hours or other meet ups for the residents to enjoy. Overall, I’ve had such a wonderful experience and this is been one of my favorite apartment complexes to live in.

I have been living at the Island Square apartment complex on Mercer Island for four years. It is very well managed by the two on site managers Crystal and Alexa they are outstanding and helped me greatly. The apartments have been getting renovated for the past year and things are so much nicer in the new renovated apartments. I recommend Island Square apartments, if you were looking for a place to live, that is quiet and well managed!

There are some pluses and minuses to this community. Staff is friendly, responsive, and helpful. I really enjoyed working with Chrystle, Art and crew. Ultimately I am leaving because Mercer Island is not for me. There's a good deal of ongoing construction that also can be frustrating when working from home. Overall, though, the complex is well run, clean, quiet, and a very nice place to live. Would recommend. Would strongly recommend once all of the buildings upgrades are complete.

I recently toured Island Square and was very impressed by the overall experience. The manager, Crystal, was exceptionally accommodating and personable. She took the time to walk us through the various apartment options and provided valuable insights about the neighborhood, including the key features and local amenities worth considering.

While the complex itself boasts attractive features and a welcoming atmosphere, we ultimately decided not to move in due to the pricing, which felt a bit too steep compared to other options in the area. That said, we were so impressed with both the property and Crystal’s professionalism that we’d definitely consider Island Square again in the future—especially if they decide to adjust the prices to be more competitive.

Overall, Island Square left a positive impression, and I look forward to seeing what improvements they might make down the line.

Really great management and beautiful building! Management is really responsive and helpful and just generally easy and pleasant to communicate with. And the building is kept up really well, the renovations and changes they’re making really show in the quality of life here! I love the changes made to the kitchen in the apartment I’m in which was recently renovated, and the new resident lounge looks really great. Also the terrace is so beautiful. The details are so well thought out and I can tell that a lot of care is put into making this a great place to live. It feels safe and peaceful. Loving it here, thanks for building and maintaining a great community 🌴

I have lived on the property for several years now and love living here. All the shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Our property management team Chrystle, Alexa and Art are always courteous and helpful. They are always responsive, attentive, and efficient in handling administrative matters and maintenance work to ensure the property is always clean and in top shape. I also appreciate that we have regular community activities that make us feel at home and connected. I’m really enjoying the new high-end upgrades, especially the oversized kitchen sink. I hope the rent stays affordable so I can continue living here.

Island Square is a well cared for community. They stay on top of their maintenance and are very proactive. The facilities themselves are great, they keep them clean, and the newly refreshed fitness room is awesome. The staff are friendly, always available to chat in person, and uniformly helpful from the office staff to maintenance to cleaning.
