It's just amazing. Cabin was really clean. Jet tub felt fantastic. Beds were very comfy...View just breathtaking along with the easy access to trails that are just as beautiful as the lake and surrounding mountains. The little market had so much to fill in for a quick snack or meals... just a great experience. Thank you for the great customer service. Ian and the gentleman working Saturday morning...also friendly and helpful.

Overall, our stay at the Rainforest Resort was very good. The location is excellent, there is a restaurant for dinner on site as well as a general store. Check in was easy and Ian was very kind, friendly, and helpful. The location is convenient to lots of trails and some of the beach areas. ||The Rainforest Resort has a variety of cabins and rooms available, but since we prefer to make most of our meals, we chose the studio apartment room above the public laundry and showers. We had no issues with noise or lots of people at any time. It was perfect for two people. ||The bed and pillows were very comfortable and clean. If you like a super firm bed, this isn’t the one for you. The comforter, blanket, decorative pillows, plastic blinds, and ruffly window toppers could use replacing as all are very dated. Some of the plastic blinds were broken and some could not be cracked- you either had to have them up or down. The carpet appeared in good condition and the older wood furniture provided plenty of drawer and surface space for belongings. It was nice to have a nightstand on each side of the bed. The closet had hangers and was sufficient. The bathroom was typical with one sink, toilet, and tub/shower combo. It had good water pressure and drained well. They provided very small hand soaps, small individual packages of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and bath/face towels.||The room has a wall mounted a/c-heat system (similar to what you find in a hotel room), a portable fan, and small flat screen tv. There was a partial view of the lake from two of the windows. ||While the kitchen had the essentials, everything could use updating and replacing, including the cracked kitchen light cover. The wood cabinets, Formica countertops, stove/oven are old and worn. Before touching anything, I wiped everything down with a Lysol wipe as it just seemed dingy/sticky. There is a small, counter sized refrigerator/freezer, a 2 slice toaster, and a 4-cup coffee maker. They provide complimentary coffee packets for it, but if you want creamer, bring your own. The microwave was fine. They provide dish soap and a sponge and a couple of dish rags, but no paper towels, foil, etc. Although there is an oven, there was only one cookie pan and it was too big to fit in the oven and there were no pot holders. There was a garbage can between the bedroom area and the kitchen, but it had no cover, so we asked for another garbage bag and used that to cover the can. ||Overall, for our 4 night stay, the room was efficient and we appreciated Ian’s friendliness.

The location was stunning, and the area beautiful and quiet. The rainforest trails start about 5min down the road and are great and there are no crowds. There are some really nice trails on the other side of the lake too. We ate at the onsite restaurant The Salmon house which was very good as was breakfast at the Roosevelt Room at Lake Quinault lodge down the street. Dinner is available there as well. |The rooms were fine. We did not hear any neighbors or street noise. It was clean, comfortable; there was a fridge, microwave, coffee maker. The hosts across the street are friendly and very welcoming. There's not much wifi or cell service in the area, so we couldn't stream, but I don't think that's specific to this hotel. There are not many services in the area, but some grocereies/wine available at check in area.

This is a great place to stay right on the lake. There is ample free parking available. The rooms are large, clean, quiet and very comfortable. Ours also had a balcony overlooking the lake and we had a fabulous sunset to enjoy. There is a restaurant on site.

This place is amazing. Right across from the lake, with a wonderful and immersive trail system right behind it. The staff were great, Ian was beyond helpful. The room and amenities were immaculate and from the check in process to how the rooms are setup, you can tell that a great deal of care goes into everything here.

The General Store is great to stock up on, and the restaurant across the way situated on the water is both classy and affordable.

I had a great time here, resting up from the Penisula drive (The bed was fantastically comfortable) and exploring the many cool hikes and waterfalls in the area.

Stay in Room 219 if you get the chance, it's next to a babbling brook and it makes the stay peaceful and serene!

The employees at checkin were very friendly and welcoming. We stayed in a cabin. The interior was furnished like a typical motel room. Everything was clean and comfortable. The shower turned off without warning then I noticed a small red button on the shower head that stops the flow of water if it gets too hot. I reset it and it started working again. There is a restaurant and small store. The restaurant does not serve breakfast. The WiFi is VERY slow but works for basic email and text. Don’t plan on streaming anything. No real marked off swimming beach and no boat rentals. I guess I was expecting rentals because they show 3 boats in their add. We paid $300 a night which in my opinion is over priced for what you get. We booked on short notice and other lodgings were fully booked. There is also a small RV type campground on the property (no dumping station however). All in all it is was very pleasant by the lake and quiet.

The cabin is severely overpriced for its age and condition. The rooms are worn down, the kitchen lacks basic equipment, and everything feels unclean with a noticeable musty odor. Service was poor, and overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here.
