The best value I have seen in a hotel I think ever.
They serve a restaurant-worthy breakfast.
Tim and Sylvia, were at the front desk, they and everyone at the hotel served us fabulously.
We had doors in our room that open to a partial view of the water wonderful fresh air!
They have eight locations and we're probably going to try all of them!
Thank you everyone for a wonderful anniversary stay!

Great location near the ferry and a few nice restaurants nearby. Breakfast was excellent at the hotel. Rooms are a bit small but still nicely appointed. Comfy beds. There isn't any help for unloading your car and the front desk staff are a bit cold and not too friendly (as compared to other hotel staff I've experiened). As I said the hotel has incredible views from the rooms. That part was worth the price!

I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend a room with a view of the beautiful Puget Sound. But even if you do not get a room with a view, you can still enjoy the location of this hotel and take a nice walk on the beach and in park nearby. The breakfast that is provided in the morning is quite delicious and provides a nice variety of options to choose from. I need to mention this again for they are the foundation of how our hotel is run and presented. Well done.

Amazing view right on the water. |We stayed for a week and very much enjoyed the wonderful service and great location. We were able to work from the room on included wifi and had breakfast available every day (& coffee all day).|We will definitely be back.

We paid extra for a waterfront view. We loved watching the ferry go by and listening to the sound of the waves. The breakfast was a nice addition and the coffee was surprisingly good too. A bonus was happy hour next door at Ivar's.

A favourite hotel. Amazing location and views! Quite a few good options within walking distance. Only minor feedback is to replace the worn desk chairs in some rooms.

The view from the lobby/breakfast room is the reason I would return. The housekeeping is world class, worth a 5* hotel. Breakfast i am told is good for US standards, I developed a bacon addiction during my stay. Air con quite noisy in my room

If you're ever trying to get a PNW beach moment but don't have time to drive to the Oregon coast or San Juans - this hotel was seriously the most perfect escape. Just minutes from downtown and less than an hour from the airport. And they had Aveda bath products! Rooms are dated but well maintained. Lobby and staff very inviting.
