Of all the places I have had fish fry, Ron’s has THE BEST I have ever had. Their potato pancakes are the bomb.com as well. Pricing is more than reasonable, I got the Friday fish and chicken- all of it was absolutely spectacular. Plan to wait maybe 30-60 mins on a Friday for a table… but so worth the wait. I can’t recommend their fish fry enough.
Atmosphere is wonderful, service was speedy and friendly. This is one of our favorite places by far! Try it- you won’t regret it!

Stopped yesterday for an afternoon cocktail. Was very happy to find an establishment that can mix a strong drink in that Oconomowoc area. I will definitely have to return to try something off their menu.

Busy, but just a 1 drink wait, and a good place is always busy. The family style coleslaw & German potato salad were fantastic. The rye bread had a salted crust, which was amazing! A generous portion of 5 battered style cod fish for $12.95. This was my second time there this week. I'll go again!

A locally family owned restaurant. We absolutely enjoy the Friday Fish Fry (come early), the boasted chicken dinner, and their many specials!!

We went here for dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We went mid week later evening so it was quiet- we had great service, very attentive and kind. They have a huge menu- so if you come hungry it’s hard to make a decision!! If you don’t eat meat- they have nice vegetarian options! I usually choose vegetarian but I saw the boom boom shrimp and HAD to try it and it did not disappoint! My husband went for their fish fry and loved it! It was our first time there and we will definitely be back!

Very appropriate name, it is a very cozy corner. Great service and very good food. Will come here again. Fish fry was great and tenderloin sandwich was great.

We wandered in on the Saturday after Thanksgiving for a late breakfast. The dining room was half full with one waitress.

The prices are very reasonable. My wife ordered a polish sausage with egg plate and I ordered the traditional breakfast, with eggs, bacon and hash browns. I ordered my eggs poached easy - I’m pretty sure they were microwaved but they were done perfectly; they weren’t poached traditionally which isn’t surprising, most places don’t.

My wife’s polish was delicious. Perfectly seared, salty and enjoyable. The pancakes were exceptional and seemed to have a delicious hint of cinnamon.

The food was all served promptly, hot and delicious. The only negative I had was that my bacon was barely warm .

Not a cozy environment. Not allowed to eat at the bar. Could tell they didn't have enough servers because our server even though extremely nice didn't come to our table to ask if we needed anything had to wait for service. Even though we were seated first 4 tables were waited on and served before us could tell they were regulars so they got special treatment bar staff was not at all friendly. Some fish was good some extremely greasy. Potatoe pancakes were not good at all. Felt totally out of place there even though we are just a normal couple it was like we were treated differently. Tried it once but won't go back.
