Not sure how it takes more than a half hour to make a sandwich. They didn't seem overly busy but from other reviewers it looks like this is just kind of normal. They need to figure out since I could have gone next door and bought everything to make a sub and myself saved time and money.

Just wanted to update my review to say I found a nice long hair in my sandwich. Nice job guys!

Food was amazing as always! I enjoy the portion sizes of meat that is given. I also enjoy the toasting of the bread. I'm pleased at the accuracy of my order every time I order! I ordered the chicken bacon ranch 😋 soooo good!

Order from here twice a week and they always seem to mess up the order. "NO" of an item means don't put it on. Heaven forbid you are dealing with food allergies or something else. Tired of bringing it up to the team because I don't want to seem like the guest who always complains.. but its disappointing. Buyer beware if you expect them to honor you alterations.

Went on Veterans Day for their deal. Was surprised how small the sandwiches were and how long it took to make them. There was something seriously wrong with their soda machine. After tasting one that was awful we dumped it and tried another. Yuck! I believe the machine needed a thorough cleaning. Will be going back to Jimmy Johns and/or Cousins.

What a great place to enjoy a warm, freshly made sub with plenty inside the bun. The firehouse atmosphere adds to the enjoyment as does the charity Firehouse Subs serves.

Firehouse subs has been great to us. They donated food to the fire department for an event. Subs and cookies were delicious and the staff was friendly. We are grateful for their generosity and the delicious food. Stop out and get some food at Firehouse subs.

the sub was good. The service not so much. there was an employee. Her name was lauryn if i can recall. She was very rude to her fellow employees. Being very passive agressive. Not leaving a good atmosphere. She made it not feel like a welcoming establishment. I'd go here again as long as she's not on the line. I'm glad i wasn't with my kids because i'd never want them to see how she acted. It would have been a good lesson on what not to do. Glad I went alone tonight. Will not return again.
