Positive: The staff was very friendly and the continental breakfast was adequate. It was what I was mostly expecting for the low price that I paid, and it was conveniently located. Negative: There was no elevator and the furniture in the room was dusty.

I love the room and the staff is great. The manager is great and she stop by and she asked if I needed anything. I said no. The breakfast is ready good.The bed was very comfy and soft. The bathroom is good. I love the sink with a hair dryer plug in next to the sink . The also have iron and iron board too and safe for you to use.

Positive: Pet friendly Negative: Was charged $35 for our service dog. They have a sign that says service dogs stay for free. There?s also one sign that says pets are $25 a night and another one that says $30 a night. Our deposit refund was pending then all of a sudden we were charged.

dont make a mess, dont bring kids, dont breathe the wrong way. the rudest staff I have ever encountered. determined to be right period. my boyfriend was told it was $50 deposit and when I checked in the next day it was $100. we spilled coffee and they counted the towels and berated us for the coffee towel. now they are witholding the $100 over that saying they also had to clean blood. raising their voice to be right when i can prove the room was in good shape when we left. they have no business being in the hospitality industry being that judgemental.

this is from January 2025. it has been resolved but went through too much trouble for it in the first place

my boyfriend asked prior to checkin how much the deposit was and when I checked in I had to pay twice as much, $100!
which whatever thats not unheard of but I got the vibe that you get what you pay for and I figured we could just get through the next 7 days and move on.

we declined a couple days of housekeeping cause things were fine and we are private people and like doing stuff ourself.

about day 2 or 3 we had spilled coffee and it had gotten on a towel. when we returned the towels the housekeeper was counting them and giving me a look about that one and complained about it....but I guess I should have just left the coffee in the carpet to save the towel. she then returned later and knocked to complain about us not getting housekeeping or something like we are just dirty people.

lo and behold we find an earring when none of us have pierced ears and a mystery pill later found out to be omeoprazole but we have a 5 year old who still very much likes to put things in her mouth but tell me again how we are gross

we checked out. 10 days go by no deposit return. i called about it, im slightly hard of hearing and i thought i heard something about laundry but rather than arguing he said we would get a call back....which should have been same day IMO but

so we came in person the next day and theyre witholding the entire $100 over the towel, my daughter did get some marker stains on the sheet but then the ante was upped trying to tell us we got blood on stuff and everything had to be thrown away cause it was nasty.

"because you are staying 7 days " is now the new "eww homeless people

we did finally get the $100 back eventually and they had the stones to say that they didnt know we needed the money lol

Absolutely a hidden gem 💎 I really love the customer service and the laundry didn't disappoint clothes came out clean hour dry time absolutely a deal for a full load wash and dry for 4 dollars they have soap in vending very convenient!!! Breakfast was just the right start to the day can't wait to come back

Positive: Quiet location with good parking. Close to stores and restaurants. They had a washer and dryer for guests usage and they were in good working condition. Negative: The sheets weren?t clean on one of the beds (double queens).
