Kara is always there with a warm smile. She is always super friendly and knows her customers well. She holds conversations and has a genuine interest in there day to day life. I always have great service when I go in and the drinks are always wonderful!

Kara is my sister. She's a boss lady💪she has worked so hard for this shop and has made it an incredible place for other people to enjoy. She is always willing to give you options for what your wanting to gain out of your purchase at the shop; whether it's a meal replacement or some vitamins you're missing, kara seeks out the best answer. She always makes sure her customers are greeted and served in a timely manner. She'll hear you out on how your days are going and give her advice and/or just listen. When im home on leave, she lets me visit and hangout with her and her son; I greatly appreciate this time, it may be short time but it's the quality.

You can get a shake with like 24 grams of protein to help meet your protein goal for the day. Caramel Nut Roll is my fav! Depending on what you’re looking for in nutrition ask Kara as she is very knowledgeable! Give them a try, always friendly service!

Never a bad drink here...my favorite is the lit tea with boba...i usually mix the 2 flavors which vary day to day...trust me, you are missing out if you have not had one yet!
