Stayed one night while in town visiting family. Front desk guy was in a tank top and boxers when we checked in, said maybe 5 words to us the whole exchange.

We stayed in room 212. The room was dated, the carpet looked dirty and in need of a good cleaning. The security lock on the door was missing.

The mattress was covered with a plastic protector, no bugs or dirt or mold. The mattress was extremely hard and did not have any give to it at all. It probably should have been replaced a long time ago. We brought our own pillows, so we can't speak to the ones in the room, but they felt firm. The sheets felt thin and cheap, like the 200 thread count cotton sheets that are scratchy. By the morning my back hurt from laying on the bed.

The bathroom was clean, the shower was nice, water temperature and pressure were good.

My husband said he didn't get much sleep because he was worried about bugs, and I was worried that someone was going to come in the room, and my back hurt from laying on the bed all night, so we will not be back.

Best two month's I've ever spent! Management was great! Our little girl and hers become friends. They look out if they can. Meaning if they can give you a better price they will. Look out for that house keeper. Shes hell on wheels but a good person!

The room was very clean (thanks Denise) and the shower was fantastic. Our room overlooked a bar that got a little loud musically until around one am on a Friday but it wasn’t bad. The breakfast I would not recommend eating though, as the bagels were the only thing fresh.

Absolutely awful experience. The lady at the front desk was really rude and unhelpful with making my stay better. The first room wasn't even cleaned. She didn't seem like she wanted to switch my room at all. Like it was my fault she doesn't have a good house keeper. I went from one dirty room to a slightly less dirty room. I go back up to explain there is MOLD on my mattress. Which is a huge risk, especially sleeping on it. The owner/manager basically said if I didn't like it, to leave. You don't want the people who pay you to be comfortable? You do understand the hotel you run represents you as a person. All that tells me is that you're a dirty scammer. I will be going to the health department. There's literally mold behind the fishtank in the front! Please judge any hotel on the way their lobby is.

Great staff, appearance of hotel very nice, rooms clean n nice. Only complaint was mattresses very hard n uncomfortable. Asked to be moved n they did but same problem. Think old lumpy/hard. Nice pillows/fluffy. Will not go back unless get better mattresses/only reason for this location

Carpet smells bad. Bathroom needs renovation ASAP . Internet ? is good and stable. Laundry machine broke down. Breakfast is terrible, some bed bugs in the room and roach ?.

Had to stay here for a funeral, was not impressed by the room, breakfast, coffee was bad! Room was clean but smelled like air freshener. Asked for a late checkout, due to funeral time and having to remotely work. Funeral was at 1, they would only extend check out till 1130. Stay was on a Tuesday and they only had a few people staying at the hotel. Personally will not stay here again.
