The Lost Paddle is one of Fayette County's hidden gems.
Located on ACE Adventure Resort's property on Concho road, Minden West Virginia.
You can indulge in exquisite food and drink.
They carry all of your favorite beverages from Hawk Knob Appalachian Hard Cider, Greenbrier Valley Brewing Company, Freefolk Brewery, Bridge Brew Works, and all others like Coors, Budweiser, Pabst, and various wines.

The food is PHENOMENAL!
They have REAL brick pizza ovens which rival if not out perform other pizzerias in the area.
Wings, sandwiches, salads, fries, and burgers are available as well.

They are open in the "offseason" on Fridays and Saturdays from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
They're open every day of the week during peak season.

Local folks should take due notice thereof and add this place to their weekly restaurant visits.
This is a bar and grill restaurant like Applebee's, Chili's, or Outback.
Feel free to bring the whole family and enjoy the atmosphere.

I've never witnessed any dangerous situations or over served customers.

A wonderful place to spend the evening.

Remember to tip your waitresses.

We have been here twice now. The first time was for dinner, and then they are doing Trivia on Friday nights for the season. The food was good and the trivia was a lot of fun. Their menu is limited being off-season but still has a good selection. The only con was that they only had one server, and they definitely needed more. She didn't come back to ask how our food was or if we needed to order anything else. We understood that she was running around like crazy though. That's why they need an extra server or 2 so you can properly attend to your customers. We will go back for sure and come summer we will try out the water park. We would definitely recommend going here.

Had lunch here before our zip line tour. I loved the Appalachian Steak sandwich. She liked her grilled chicken salad. The loaded nacho appetizer was very good, too.

Ate here 5 different times throughout the week. First night it took forever to get our food- server was Kylie.
Next 2 nights our server was Micaela. She was great. We got our food fast and everything was great food wise. There was an ant in my drink but she got me a fresh one.
Night four wasn't so great though. We got food poisoning! We both ordered the black Angus burger. It tasted burnt so only ate half and took the rest to go but later it came back up so leftovers went in the trash. Our waitress wasn't the best. She stood awkwardly at the table like waiting for us to hand her our card. Every other night we've went up to the counter to pay. She never asked us how everything was. She never even brought us the burger it was another waitress. Went in the next day to let them know we got food poisoning and the manager said he'd never heard that before. They get their burgers pre-packaged! BUT they'd make sure to check the dates. Like they weren't checking the dates before serving them to people?!?!
Day 5 we got pizza and told them about the food poisoning. The pizza was okay but it's not really $40 pizza. Wasn't good pizza the next day.

After spending over $358. Not including tips or just drinks at this establishment, I would have appreciated to not be dismissed over them giving us food poisoning. A simple oh we're sorry just doesn't cut it when you throw your guts up and have burger come out of your nose for 20 minutes.

Do better.

The bartender would look right past you and take drink orders from people who just walked up to the bar when others had been waiting in line to order a beer for 10 minutes. Not enough bartenders on busy weekend nights.

Lively place and great live music.

I went to check out the buffet and asked a wait person how I get on the list for a table and she replied "Just grab one and a wait person will be with you when they can. So, I ordered and ate at the bar. Not a much better choice.

Ordered a personal pizza and after waiting 30 minutes, it arrived ice cold. I don't know if the bartender forgot about it, never went back to check on the order, or even if she placed the order to begin with. They made me another one and it came out in less than 10 minutes.

We ate here with a group after a half day at the water park. While our experience with Ace had generally been great (we also enjoyed whitewater rafting) this restaurant was the lowlight of the trip. The live band was excellent but be warned you won’t be able to hear anything if you sit on the upper level while they’re playing. The real issue was the service and food quality. We sat down around 7pm and ordered food as soon as the server (who was very sweet) came over about 10 mins later. They were clearly slammed and she was working the whole floor by herself. Our drinks came out about 15 minutes after we ordered them. Our appetizers came about an hour and 15 minutes after we ordered them. And by the time our entrees came out - two hours after we first sat down - we had already tried telling the staff we didn’t want them anymore. Unfortunately we couldn’t even find our server in time to cancel the order and the food was terrible. I had a burned angus burger with half a piece of tomato and a piece of lettuce. If we could do the trip over we would not have eaten here.
