Baxters Gourmet Catering has catered two weddings for me and a college graduation event as well as a bridal shower out of town on our family farm. I could not be more pleased with their services. The food presentation and taste were over the top, service was exemplary. My guests raved about every detail. I could not be more pleased. It exceeded my expectations. They also served the bridal shower, guests were amazed. The shower menu featured lobster salad in a sherry Sauce,marinated asperagus, baked Roma tomatoes, lemon poppy seed muffins, deserts in white chocolate mouse in dark chocolate cups drizzled with raspberry sauce. cheese straws and champagne. Seriously where can you get this meal? It was lovely.
Can't say enough about their professionalism and personal touch. My daughters future wedding will most definaltely be catered by Baxters Gourmet. Once again thank for a most memorable event.
