I rented the Classic cabin for my husband's birthday. It was gorgeous inside and out. We had the most relaxing time. It was clean and cozy. The views were beautiful and it was very peaceful. The owners were also very helpful when we realized our car battery had died. It was a trip we will be making again!

We just love Golden Anchor Cabins! We have now been twice and nothing disappoints. The views are magnificent and plenty to do around the area. The owners were great. They responded quickly to questions we had and any issue we had. The cabins are clean and have all the emenities! Highly recommend if you want a romantic getaway!

Had a wonderful time on our short honeymoon. The cabin was remarkable! Well stocked, clean, comfortable and easy to find. Everything was perfect, especially the music as we walked in the cabin. The hot tub was a plus. The snow did not discourage us from enjoying it. The only thing that I regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. We are already talking about going back for our first anniversary.

This was our second time staying at Golden Anchor cabins and we will certainly be back. The cabins are very clean, cozy, and the communication with Jamie is always prompt and friendly. We got 22” of snow while we were staying at the cabin and thoroughly enjoyed being “stuck” at a cabin in the woods. Treat yourself to a cabin getaway with someone you love. You won’t regret it.

We stayed in the Serenity cabin. Daniel and Jamie were the perfect hosts. The Christmas tree lit and music playing on our arrival made it feel so welcoming and cozy. The cabin was in pristine shape. It snowed while we were there which added to the already lovely scenery. Daniel and Jamie kept the roads plowed to the cabins and our satellite dish cleared. There is so much beauty to see in and around Davis which makes the cabin an ideal location. However, we were so in love with the cabin that we stayed in most every day! From the coziness of the fireplace to the heated floors and 2 person shower in the bathroom to the hot tub under the stars-we couldn’t have had a better experience. We will 100% be back!

We spent the weekend after Thanksgiving at Serenity Cabin, the cabin was one of the nicest we have stayed in and we have been going away similar for 12 years. The kitchen was the best equipped, the decor was lovely. We enjoyed the snowy morning view. The local towns have plenty to offer. We definitely recommend Golden Anchor Cabins for anyone looking for a getaway from everyday life.

Booked a cabin in 2024 on a last minute honeymoon. Best decision ever. The setting was beautiful and quiet with no issues on privacy. The cabin was comfortable and well-kept with a nice touch of luxury. The snow on the second night made the hot tub even more inviting. The full kitchen came in handy for the leftovers from local pizza joint. Had such a relaxing time and enjoyed exploring the nature and local business. We have another stay planned for this winter.

Very nice clean cabin we stayed in Serenity it truly has EVERYTHING you could possibly need we will definitely book again has a beautiful view of the mountains.. close to many restaurants and tourist spots.. highly recommend giving these cabins a try
