The turkey ricotta sandwich was okay. It tasted like lunch able turkey. 😑 It would have been amazing with roasted and sliced turkey breast. The cowboy caviar was amazing so was my chai tea latte with pumpkin. 🧡

I ordered the beef and the shrimp tacos. Both were caked with so much seasoning, you couldn't taste anything else on the tacos. I also ordered the blue berry salad which was very good.

I had an amazing experience with Saguaro Mobile Kitchen! I had to plan a last-minute birthday party for my 13-year-old from a different state, and they made it so easy. I called on a Tuesday, and Alyssa quickly got in touch with a bunch of fantastic ideas for the party just a few days later.
We decided on a full taco bar and creamy chicken chipotle, and everything was spectacular! The cilantro lime vinaigrette on the Tex-Mex salad was absolutely to die for. They even went above and beyond by making a custom cookie cake that wasn't on their menu, and it was outstanding! Thanks for adding so much to his special day!
