Our stay at the Hamilton House was amazing! The inn keeper is so friendly and welcoming. We were blown away by the hospitality and the house itself, truly a beautiful home inside and out. We look forward to coming back again and try a new room!

My wife and I recently spent the weekend at Hamilton House for our anniversary. What a wonderful experience! We arrived Saturday evening, had a nice dinner and returned to the comfortable and cozy room. The next morning we enjoyed a terrific homemade breakfast. Gloria is a fantastic cook.
That night we travelled a short distance to Fort Atkins for dinner and the play "Titanic, The Musical" at the Fireside. Excellent play, but I believe it's run is over. Anyway, we returned to Hamilton House for our second night. Before check out the next day, we had another great breakfast.
The weekend could not have been any better. The room was wonderful, Gloria was a tremendous host, who provided the top notch breakfasts, and the town was so picturesque. We absolutely recommend the Hamilton House for a great weekend getaway. You will be very happy that you stayed there!!

We stayed at Hamilton House as a family group of eight. Gloria is a great host. She's a marvelous cook (CIA trained). Each breakfast was filling and flavorful.Her storytelling displayed delightful wit and charm. She captivated us with chapters of the House's history, as well as her personal story. ||The first floor of the House has a large music room with piano and a large sitting room for reading or conversation. There are two outdoor sitting areas for morning coffee or evening relaxation.||My wife and i stayed on the second floor, Dega room. It has a ornate king size bed with sitting area. The bathroom has a large spa tub, vanity and separate makeup counter with mirror. While the shower is smallish, it was more than adequate for my large size. The room is very large but has minimal natural light. The adequate lamps make up for this. The room includes a small refrigerator stocked with soft drinks and bottled water. ||Overall Hamilton House is clean and comfortable and makes a great choice for family or business stays. You'll be fascinated with the beautiful original woodwork throughout the buidling

Gloria is a charming and witty host. Because of her CIA (culinary)training the breakfasts are outstanding. Her stories of both the House's and her personal history will captivate and amuse you. (Ask about John Belushi's exploit in the House). The first floor has a music room with piano and a large sitting room, perfect for conversation.
My wife and I stayed in the second floor Dega room. It's oversized with an ornate king size bed. The adjoining large bathroom has a spa tub, vanity and separate makeup counter. The shower is on the small side but was more than adequate for my large size. While natural light is minimal because of the small windows, the lamps make up for it. It also has a small refrigerator stocked with soft drinks and bottled water.
The only concern for some may be the lack of ADA accessability. One of our party had restricted mobility but managed well with the 6 stairs leading from the street level to the house.
Overall, Hamilton House is clean, comfortable with outstanding food and service.

This was a rare couples getaway for my husband and I. Hamilton House was just lovely! Gloria, the owner and former NY chef, greeted us warmly at the door. She gave us a short history of the 1861 house and escorted us to our room. The room was impeccably decorated and maintained. Luxurious sheets on a comfy bed. Had dinner at nearby Italian restaurant Fanatico, very good! Large whirlpool tub was the perfect end to a chilly day! Breakfast in the morning was amazing (see photo)! Would definitely return to the HH! Thanks for everything Gloria!!!

My husband and I are so glad we decided to celebrate our 10th anniversary with a quick getaway at Hamilton House. Everything about it was excellent. The Monet room was spacious and comfortable (the mattress was soooo comfy) with all the amenities we wanted. The covered porch was a nice place to sit was watch the much needed rain and have a glass of champagne. And the breakfast! It was delicious and so was the picnic lunch Gloria put together at our request. Gloria was a fantastic host and is a talented innkeeper. Thank you, Gloria, for a wonderful stay. We will be back!

My sweetheart and I were blessed to spend our first anniversary at Hamilton House B&B. From the moment we walked in, Gloria greeted is with a warm smile and amazing stories about the history of the house and surrounding area. The details of the house are breathtaking, and we also enjoyed a day of hiking and exploring. Thanks for taking good care of us, Gloria. We are happy to be repeat guests in the future!

This was the best stay I ever had ANYWHERE. The B&B is conveniently located and the rooms were really nice and comfortable and I have never felt so relaxed. When you enter the rooms, it is like you're transported back in time. I also had great conversations with the owner Gloria and her breakfasts were phenomenal! We will definitely be back again. Thank you so much for your hospitality!
