Just finished a 7 day cruise throughout Croatia that was set up by Aloha travel. The service they provided was well above a 5 star rating. Transportation to and from the airport - everything went off exactly as planned. The trip itself was far beyond my expectations. Every single facet of the trip was outstanding. I cannot say enough good things about the trip they planned for us. Thank you.
(Side note to their care: A passenger on the cruise had a family member pass away during the cruise. The person planned another 4 days in Switzerland that they had to cancel. Aloha travel was able to get a full refund on their non-refundable hotels without being asked to do so. Well done)

We’re not highly experienced airline travelers, but the arrangements and tips provided by the staff removed our apprehensions and made our trip to see our children in Dallas “as easy as pie!!” On top of all of this, the price of tickets was well below what I was told to expect. “Superstars” on East Michigan Ave.

I was promise wonderful Vacations at discounted prices and they have falled to follow through with their end of the deal for my membership is nonrefundable so now I’m stuck paying for something that I can’t even use. I booked two condos s 3 bedroom and one two bedroom they waited a week and then told me my three bedroom had to be canceled And now it’s been another week and I still have not gotten my refund. They won’t let me refund the two bedroom because they said that it’s nonrefundable but I have 15 people coming to Hawaii with me and we won’t fit in the two bedroom so I just paid for a two bedroom condo which was upwards of $2000 And they won’t refund me my money and they still haven’t refunded me my money for the three bedrooms that they canceled saying it was double booked. don’t use this company, I wish I could sue them.
