Hotel is in a very convenient location. We arrived right after a severe winter storm and I was very pleased to see the parking lot and all sidewalks were cleared of all snow and ice and were heavily salted for safety. The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and friendly so check in was a breeze. The hotel was very clean, welcoming and decorated beautifully. Our rooms (we had 2) were clean, bright and spacious. We all slept great, beds and linens were very comfortable. The hot tub and pool were clean and very spacious. EXCELLENT for hanging out and socializing by the pool. I was very impressed with variety of equipment in the fitness center, which was also clean and well stocked. We had a great stay and would highly recommend to all our family and friends.

First thing first we was greeted with a warm welcoming so I already felt great energy. The customer service throughout my two day stay was phenomenal. Parking was free, rooms In my opinion are up to date, hot tub/pool was clean and fun, the beds were very comfortable and cozy, the room service employees was great, and they had other benefits for Marriott members that travel often as well. Overall again my experience again was amazing. It was also my first time at a delta Marriott. Thank you.

Rooms are not that bad, but the water takes a long time to heat up. My A/C until completely turned off at 5 a.m. on its own. There is no microwave in the room, but there is a fridge. The hot tub, pool and gym were great.

Very good hotel which also has a great bar and restaurant in the hotel. The dinner salad was excellent and the American breakfast was also delicious.
Rooms were good and clean.
Service from the staff was the best I have seen in years with the exception of extremely high end hotels and I travel all the time.
Value was very good and you will not be disappointed

Stayed here a few times and had fine stays, but this past time my fiance had flowers delivered for me & I never got them. He called the front desk less than 30 minutes before I checked in to verify they had arrived and that I would get them. Since they were a surprise, I did not ask about them but did not receive at front desk or room. The next day when I was two hours away, I found out I should have received them at Delta. He called the front desk, who confirmed they were there but placed in the wrong room the night before & apologized, stated a manager would call. He has called two times since for them to make it right, and no one has called back. Frustrating that we are out $100, the special surprise, and haven’t received any follow up from the hotel.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. I’m in Milwaukee monthly and this is without a doubt my go to hotel. Great hotel staff, clean rooms, awesome restaurant and the pantry for 5th floor guests is amazing. The hotel really makes you feel valued as a guest and sets themselves apart from most other hotels. Highly recommend.

We booked a king room and the front desk, chose to pick our hotel room and not tell us. As we go to our hotel room, it’s two queen bed. We go back to ask why we didn’t get our king room and he tells us that Expedia picked our room type and he just chosen a room number for us. He tells us to contact Expedia and Expedia said that on their end we did book a king room. Expedia contacts him and he says, he doesn’t have the authority to see what hotel room type we got. He told us that we will have to wait for 15 minutes for someone higher than him to come check it out. It’s been over an hour and no one showed up and he is still at the front desk! Horrible customer service and wouldn’t even give us a king room!
