Positive: It fit the purpose of a quick over night visit. Negative: There was no notification that the hot tub was out of order, that was the main reason for our visit. Kids running around late at night and early in the morning, sounded like a roller rink above us. Under the bed looked like it hadn?t been cleaned in month

I stopped in for a couple of days while on a business trip and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel has clean rooms, helpful staff, and a good restaurant on the premises. It was well located for the area I was visiting. The lobby area was inviting, and the common areas were clean.

Usually Hilton is top notch, this location not so much. 3 weeks ago we reached out for information on booking a hotel block. Since then we emailed two more times for follow up and called and left messages with the front desk as we still had not received any communication in return. Today we called again. They said they had multiple inquiries and we had ‘probably’ been placed on a waiting list, but there was no mention of this over the last three weeks and we have still not received an answer to our initial inquiry. Very disappointing experience and this location is lacking the Hilton experience.

Terrible experience all the way around. Every time I left my room I had to get a new key made and I checked out on 11/22 and they still have $400 of my money stuck in a pending transaction. I’ve filled 3 complaints with Hilton and they won’t even respond. I spend 200+ nights a year in a hotel for work and this is how they treat their Diamond members? Hilton clearly thinks a little too much of themselves, they’ve lost my business, including my timeshare purchase for life. The complete refusal to engage or provide any response is shameful. If you want any customer service at all don’t stay here, especially with this general manager.

stayed here for a wedding. The hotel itself was good, but the breakfast wasn't very good/appetizing. I wouldn't order it again or recommend it. we ended up only having a few bites and sending it back. My eggs weren't cooked thoroughly, pancakes were soggy and had a weird taste, the sausage tasted terrible. The servers were great, the food just wasn't.

The pool and whirlpool were great. What the desk referred to as a bathtub was actually a step-in shower. The blinds made it seem like people could see in during the day. The low floodlights on the east side of the hotel shone into my room and made it extremely bright at night, which made it hard to sleep. I thought the rooms were overpriced for what you got. I won't recommend it to others.

Great service!! We were always greeted when entering the hotel, The staff was very helpful - they bent over backwoods to accommodate our family in town for a wedding. All the rooms were clean and ready when we arrived. Location was ideal a close to expressway.

the customer service is awful, had an issue with a booking.
manager refused to speak to me, Cheyenne who I spoke to admitted he wouldn't speak to me. they put me on hold where the whole recording is about how their committed to 100% customer satisfaction. I have always stayed with Hilton, this experience will change that. I never leave negative reviews. This was a beyond unprofessional and abhorrent experience.
