This place is disgusting, it’s clearly obvious that the people whom own it do not care about the building. Also, it’s not just the owners also the people who live there too!

It smells disgusting on the first floor, like something literally had died 🤮 The second floor reeks of cigarette smoke, people cannot obviously respect the signs that clearly say “no smoking”. I don’t think I’ll deliver here anymore. Gross gross!

Worst experience I have ever had living somewhere and dealing with management. Very rude and definitely some sketchy practices. If I was you unless I absolutely had to live there I'd steer clear. Even then I think I might choose being homeless over dealing with this nonsense again.

I lived there for 6 months, and it was the WORST renting experience ive ever had. The management (Tim) and the so-called owner (Mike) nickel and dimed us for anything they could. They harassed me when my husband wasnt home, by constantly knocking on my door and trying to come in for "inspections" on a weekly basis for no real reason except to intimidate. Also i had to go to the police bcuz of their harassment and also because they (management) had intercepted our mail and never gave it to us. The mail issue went on for over 4 weeks until i involved police and also the postmaster. I will NEVER rent from this landlord again and i believe Mike McVay should be prosecuted for the things hes pulled. Hes entered our apartment without consent and much more. Hes a snake!

Very disturbing visit. We were given incorrect information and price was increased from flyer amount once we got there to view apartments. Manager refused to give applications back and tried to keep license copies. Unprofessional and threatening. Would NOT recommend.
