My husband and I went here for a getaway. It was a wonderful experience. The Inn is clean and historic!
The owner Kari, was friendly and helpful. We had a great breakfast and lunch at Jack’s Cafe the next day. We hope to visit there again!

We felt we stepped back in time, and the Inn is lovely. The bed is super comfortable, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back. Everything we needed was there, including an antique kitchen fully equipped. They even have a cafe and store.

You see many bed and breakfast that have a nostalgic element. Nothing compares to the truly authentic 1850 atmosphere. Cables and chords are hidden. Refrigerator is hidden behind a door. You see nothing but charm. Although rustic, the beds and linens were superior comfort. Fireplaces in every room. The continental breakfast was a delight. I looked so forward to see what Kari would put on it. Highly recommend this inn. Kari and Jack should be very proud.

Finding The Inn was a major win for me! I was looking for a b&b near friends that I was visiting in Milwaukee and The Inn is a perfect fit for me as I love the old Wisconsin farms and antiques. I stayed in the suite on the first floor. It was great to have a bit of space as this was a working vacation. Kari delivered a delicious and beautiful charcuterie board each morning. My girlfriend and I had a great time in Kari's shop. I told my friends that I will be back more often so I can stay with Kari;)

The Inn was tidy, unique, and well-appointed. The attention to period detail was evident at every turn, from the allotment of candles to the fine antique decor to the quaint garden and all lent a haunting, resonant ambience to the stay. Breakfast and our host were lovely. The place is a gem.

Lovely stay at the Inn, we had the whole house to ourselves. Close to civilization but feels like you’re in the country. My husband and daughter discovered their love of chess. The grounds and gardens were lush and lovely. And the hosts were attentive and friendly. The charcuterie board for breakfast was made with love! Order a bottle of wine upon arrival and they will bring it down. Will stay there again!

We had a great time going back in time. Our hostess Kari was very friendly and accommodating. This is a unique experience as not just your room but the whole house is authentically decorated. There is a lovely cafe on grounds and beautiful gardens. Modern conveniences available .
