First of all, the machines were very tight. Room was comfortable and the beer was cold, but the receipt I signed for the room said $130.00. Imagine my surprise when I reviewed my credit card statement and I was charged $243.00! I called to talk to them and had to leave my number. Imagine that! They never returned my call. I would have given them a better score because the room was nice and came with free breakfast, but I can’t excuse the overcharge.

Although the building looked nice and was well designed there was a lot of smoke smell everywhere. The breakfast was laughable. The eggs were horrible. The pancakes were previously frozen so the edges were hard. The French toast was over cooked as well.

Lodging was satisfactory hot tub was out of order pool closes at 10pm. Casino is smoking🤢 so although the lodge is nonsmoking everything stinks including you after being on the gambling floor. They have a nonsmoking slot section that is very small and most of the machines are broken in there. Bars were under staffed. Employees were working hard and very good at their jobs just under staffed.

I went to Seven Winds Casino to get lunch today. The young man said it would be about 12 minutes. But, it took 45 minutes to get my lunch. I ordered a taco salad and my coworker ordered a fish sandwich. Many people who came in and ordered after me were getting their food. I asked twice if they could please check on it. The young waitress was doing her best. A veteran in a wheelchair waited about 15 minutes to pay for his meal. Finally, a manager came to help. I was about to ask for a refund. The young waitress informed the manager that I was waiting.. I told him that I had to go back to work and I could not eat my lunch now. He did not seem fazed by anything. He did apologize but it didn't seem sincere.

Wonderful lodge and beautiful rooms. Beds were very comfortable and everyone on staff was welcoming and smiled Games were fun all updated through out would recommend this place when visiting north woods area of Wisconsin. They have live cards and roulette too

We stayed here to celebrate Fathers Day. The casino and kinikkinic restaraunt were great. The hotel....not so much. First we never received our $100 deposit back after many calls to them. Secondly never received a receipt that they said wohld be emailed to us. And last but not least the bathroom was dirty with dirt piles in the corner and there were ants all over the counter and coffee maker. Will not stay there again....

Stayed the night and the room was clean and fine. The BIG problem, there is no place to get breakfast. They have no restaurant. Just what I call a snack bar that doesn't open unti noon. The little hot dog stand advertises breakfast but don't open until 11;00. They have closed the buffet and that room sits there empty, Would make a nice restaurant. Have been advertising great news comin on the window but thats been like that for 2 or more years/. If you plan on staying for the day and want breakfast you have to go into Hayward and come back. m Pain in the butt.They also took the kiosoks out that sucks. The pandemic is over get with the times.

I went exclusively to play the slots. On a Tuesday afternoon. Good thing I wasn't looking for a little something to munch on, well to be fair I'm sure they could rustle up some chips or a hot dog. The slots were fare, so I can't complain.
