Terrible experience from the start. Arrived at 11:30 PM after traveling all day, just to find nobody at the desk or in the building at all. Had to go to a different hotel to get checked in. I stayed for 3 nights, didn’t receive room service once. The hotel is under construction, but housekeeping in the building is terrible. There’s ripped caution tape on the floors, wooden bookshelves just laying in the middle of the hall ways. And to top it off, on my last night there (I had to be up at 4AM) the receptionist at the other hotel came and banged on my door because they didn’t have my ID on file. For the cost of this hotel, it’s unacceptable to not have somebody attending the front desk or committed room service. Would not suggest staying here

This is clearly an older place, but some renovation work has been done. (It used to be the Red Lion.) It's owned by the same people who own the upscale Hell's Canyon Grand Hotel on the other side of the parking lot.|The building looks unimpressive from the outside, and the lobby and hallways show signs of age. However, the room was great. Spacious, with a kitchenette and a real refrigerator instead of a mini-fridge.|The front desk is manned only part of the day. If you need help outside of that time, including check in, you do it at the Hell's Canyon. Also, there's no breakfast, but the Hell's Canyon has a breakfast buffet that is excellent, and they give Seaport Inn guests a 10% discount.

Horrid

Dreadful place, unclean, uncared for. Dirty bathroom, carpet, phone, heater, surfaces. Toiletries were half full used by previous occupants. Nobody at the desk had to go across to another hotel to check in, room keys didn't work. Sent photographs to the company of the dirt don't expect any acknowledgement. Couldn't wait to leave.

Minus 1 star don't go

Easy to get to. Nobody at the front desk. You have to go over to the Grand to get help, but rates are half as much as the main hotel. Nice big room and appeared clean. Did need new pillows. Bring your own. I am finicky about using pillows, and I'm glad I did because they had a smell. I only stayed one quick night and was worth the money. Had a large fridge, microwave, keurig, desk and king bed. Hot water took about 5 minutes to get to the tub. Outside not much to look at but overall pleased with all. Girls at the desk weren't much help and not the friendliest, but I like customer service people to be a little more upbeat. Couldn't answer my question about the discount for food at the Grand (they own the seaport) and didn't offer to find out for me. The man who took my reservation was NOT pleasant at all but whatever. Got it done. Would recommend to anyone traveling through. Quiet and had what I needed.

For 200.00 a night, there is no continental breakfast, no maid service, dirty room, no hotel personnel on staff all are across the street at Hells Canyon hotel, were I had to pick up the key. Have handicap shower but it is filthy and slippery. Would have been better staying at a motel 6.

Two previous stays were good with no issues. This stay, however, my disabled parents booked a room and were put in the second floor. They alerted a staff member of the mixup and their inability to access the second floor due to there being no elevators. Staff had them wait about an hour while they cleaned a downstairs room. Not a problem.
Upon getting to the room, it was void of the sleeper sofa(rooms are advertised as sleeping four), coffee table, and dining table that has been in the rooms we previously stayed in. When we asked about the missing furniture the staff became rude and told them that it’s just how it is on the ground floor and literally told my mother that they have already “bent over backwards” to accommodate us(?!) They did bring a little card table to put with the dining chairs that were somehow still there. They also told us that there hasn’t been furniture in the downstairs rooms for two years. We just stayed in a fully furnished room on the ground floor a couple of months ago so I don’t know why that was said.

No discount or apologies were given for not having the number of beds. Completely ridiculous.

The rooms are big.

There is no coffee maker (or drinking cups).

The staff is rude.

The room didn’t have the sleeping space advertised.

Apparently accommodating disabled people is “bending over backwards”.

We will stay elsewhere.

If you’re straight off the pork chop express and like hearing dogs bark all night and you like listening to the all night parties then this is the place for you. No free WIFI but the service is nice. There’s a gym next door but not sure what the cost is to it.

Firstly, there is no check in desk at the Seaport, you have to go across the lot to the grand.

After we got checked in, we found our room to be dirty still. Stained sheets, garbage in drawers and on the floor, an entire eco system growing in the coffee pot, and loads of dust everywhere. I trudged back across the lot and got a new room. (The one nice thing I can say was that the front desk lady was quite nice about moving us and called in a request to check rooms for cleanliness.)

Well, the new room was barely better. That coffee pot was still unusable and the toilet had to be fixed by my husband multiple times during out two night stay.

Honestly terrible and I highly recommend looking elsewhere. TRUST THE BAD REVIEWS!
