Very good, very fresh tasting. Server was great, friendly, & helpful. The house club sandwich is really good. The fries seemed doubled fried. Soft inside crisp outside. The sandwich portion is large and served with a dill pickle slice. The sandwich came with a choice of soup, salad , or fries.

This was hands down some of the best food we’ve ever had. We’re traveling over to kooskia from Portland and stayed here in Lewiston overnight. We got to the hotel and did the normal thing of looking around for dinner. Stumbled on this bistro inside the hells canyon hotel and wow - so glad we did! We got the pretzels, boneless wings, side salad, and the hummus plate. It was to die for! It was honestly so good we had to have it for breakfast the next morning.

Bar staff passed us by four times (over 5 minutes) before I had to ask them in order to get menus. Seemed that I interrupted a training (?). Waited about five more minutes and saw another couple sit down, get their menus and drinks in under a minute. Asked the staff if something was wrong with us and got a story about thinking someone else was waiting on us. It was very off putting and I would not recommend anyone to go here. It’s attached to a nice lounge and bistro (seems like they share staff) but the lounge is 100% better.

Went for the Christmas Eve menu. Good selection but was very small for the price. The crab cakes were good. Ordered the rib eyes. Overcooked and just dry. Salmon was a very small portion and thin. Others enjoyed the lobster ravioli. Was disappointed in the food for the price. Dessert was good. Service seriously lacked. No refills eating a dry steak you kinda want a drink. A party of 7 they brought 4 slices of bread. Was not checked on to say anything. Since they brought the wrong dressing for my salad by the time they came back with dinner it was to late. Just when your paying over 400 for dinner, service should be impeccable. The service sucked. Kinda disappointed with overall experience for dinner

The food was wonderful. The prices are reasonable. The service is good. I ordered the Flat Iron 6 oz steak and it was perfectly done. My companion ordered the Ruban Sandwich and loved it. The menu has a nice variety of items. It was hard to choose.

Great stop off to get a wonderful burger and fries. My test of a great place is the tartar sauce and there’s was fabulous. Thanks for hosting us while we visit Lewiston, ID.

Made reservations for a party of 12 in the snake river room. Received an email confirming our reservation the previous day. When we arrived, someone else was in the room that we had reserved. The reason we made the reservation was because of the buffet which we were informed was not available. So We ordered off the menu. I ordered fish and chips and was informed they were out of fish; So we had our Bible study meal in the bar instead of our private room. Please do not plan on Weathers for thanksgiving. They will most likely not have your reservation and will probably be out of Turkey. .

Valentine 💝 menu was excellent. Our Server was the bartender, personal service. All we ordered was plentiful and delicious.
