Shawn at donnas travel the best I've traveled to Mexico many times lastt 4-5 years . she takes care of us very well. I've always got all inclusive packages flight hotel food. Cost a little more but worth every pennie while in Mexico last year took my two daughters . before trip was over my oldest. Daughter had go home early . She called Shawn and was on next flight. I'm not going to butter this review up it cost me few extra bucks to get her back early one more time worth every penny Donna travel is great I just emailed Shawn heading back Mexico for warm weather sunshine great food .

I had a terrible experience with this place of business. I went in with an open mind. I wanted to explore my options to see what sort of trip was in my price range. I had over $1400 cash to spend the day I walked in but the lady who helped me was not only very rude but she kept acting like there was no vacation that I could afford. She also informed me several times that to book a vacation you have to put down a down payment of a couple hundred dollars and she would need to do that today if I wanted to save my spot. After I had already explained I had roughly $1400 for down payments. Then she asked my age and after that just blew me off (I am 22 and my boyfriend is 24, but we both work our butts off so we wanted to treat ourselves).She said it would take time for her to get information and she would email me in a couple of days. It has now been 3 weeks. Not one email. This place was not only disrespectful it was extremely judgmental. I will never go back.
