First and foremost, the views here are awesome. It was very relaxing and quiet. Mark is the host and was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Tina cooked some interesting choices for breakfast that we are going to incorporate into our meals. She also made sure we had everything we needed for our rooms. Amadeo (the bird) and Truman (the dog) were lots of fun. Loved the area and would definitely stay again.

Booked a night from the road. The owner was awesome taking our reservation and giving good advice to grab food before our late Sunday night arrival. The room we stayed in had so much charm. Nice soaking tub after being on the road 12 hours. The views in the morning as the sunrise were spectacular! The hostess Tina is awesome and serves a wonderful delicious breakfast.

We spent two nights at the farm. What a wonderful experience. The entire staff was delightful. Morning breakfasts were delicious. Rooms were comfortable with a great view. Very close to the battlefield, which is a must see. I would highly recommend stay here.

Cute and quaint! Hostess was so kind. You can really tell the owner and staff put a lot of heart into the place. A true B&B experience. Breakfast was top notch in the dining room. Our room had plenty of lighting, space, and of course historical books! A laid back atmosphere 20 minutes from Harper's Ferry. Such a delight!

Antietam Overlook Farm Bed & Breakfast was Fabulous. My beau and I decided we needed a vacation together and chose 2 Civil War sites to explore history. Antietam Overlook Farm B&B in the Overlook Room #1 was a real gem. A country decorated room with a comfortable bed, couch in front of the romantic gas fireplace, a large tub to rest and relax, a desk for writing notes, and a memorable porch attached to our room with a stunning view of Sharpsburg, MD and the valley below. On arrival, after settling in, we were able to make ourselves a cup of tea from the help-yourself station with all the amenities to create a wonderful cup of tea, or cup o' joe with the Keurig machine, a refrigerator, and a charming living room to sit and relax in front of another fireplace. In the morning we had a fabulous homemade 2 course breakfast in the breakfast room in front of a large stone fireplace. We were greeted in the morning by Amadeo (the parrot) who speaks quite well (!!!) and kept us laughing along with their friendly dog. We were served in the main breakfast room by 2 wonderful women who made a tasty & hearty breakfast. They were quite personable and friendly. This is a Highly Recommended Inn!!

The place is amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing - as they said after breakfast you might not need lunch. The entire place was very clean. Our room was very well appointed. Coffee & drinks available 24x7. Convienient to parks, Appalacian trail heads, restraurants. |Great views from our screened in porch. |We will make this an annual event.

The over all experience was amazing. From the views, staff to the details. The common areas are so welcoming you want to be spend time by the fire, talking to the bird and breathing in the views. In your room the tub invites you to spend hours soaking. The breakfast with the friendly staff is delicious and filling. I will 100% stay again.

Amazing location and terrific service. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and everyone was very friendly. The room was clean and had a lot of character. The surrounding area was beautiful. There was also a cute dog and a talkative bird. We will definitely stay here again!

I only have three minor complaints 1) the water takes a while to heat up, though you are given a heads up about this 2) the WiFi was a bit spotty at times and 3) we never saw the cat! We looked everywhere but he was nowhere to be found ☹️
