I’ve been here 5 times against my will and every time it’s disgusting.
This last time was the absolute last straw and never coming here again will be the hill I die on.
To start, our waitress just stood 6 feet away from us as 5 of us were waving at her and she didn’t even glance at us. Just stood there staring into space. After putting our order in 45 minutes after we sat down, we proceeded to wait another hour for our food.
Two of us ordered the fish sandwich and it was inedible. Dry, overcooked, and the tartar sauce tasted like plain Hellmans mayo.
We also got the garlic Parmesan fries. They were soggy. All other meals were rated a 4 out of 10.
Waitress asked if we liked everything and we simply stated the fish sandwich was bad but we didn’t want another so just the check please. They were kind enough to pay for my friends fish sandwich but only gave me a discount even though we paid separately. Not sure why she was the only one they comped. that was as I promise you we were polite about it. If you have taste buds, skip this spot. The only redeeming factor is the view.

I want to leave a 5 star review for you guys but not sure how. You guys knocked it out of the park with my moms surprise birthday party tonight and I’m so grateful the staff was amazing and I’m hoping they feel well taken care of for handling a group of 30. Thank you sooooo much it means a lot since mom had 3 strokes in the last 2 months and a stint put in it was great to get the large family she has together. Thank you again, Nate

Delicious! Beautiful setting and wonderful service. The spicy burger I had with fries was amazing. Unfortunately I was so excited once served that I forgot to take a picture. But here's the salad bar! So that says how good everything is and was. Off the beaten path in Spring Green but be certain that you stop by!! 💗

We went with the Wisconsin Riverside for our reception venue and food, and we couldn't be happier that we did! Cheri was great to work with during the planning process. The food was wonderful and the event space looked beautiful for our wedding. We also got a lot of great photos by the river. 100% recommend!

Went here for first time. Not impressed. Dining room floors were dirty. The salad bar area looked unkempt. Waitress allowed are sodas to go empty. Waitresses chatting it up in corner. Food not good. Wouldn't visit this place again.

We went for fish fry and had a great meal. The service was quick, we got there early enough to get a table right away, with a nice view of the river. I had the fish and my daughter had the BLT, we shared the garlic cheese sticks. I love that they have mocktails on the menu; I had the peach ginger lemonade and it was delicious.

The restaurant couldn't be more deceiving. A beautiful lodge with some of the most processed food and poor service I've had in ages. Everything from the chicken to the cheese curds to the fries were low quality, frozen, and greasy. Service was underwhelming, slow, and rude. We had 4 people at one point waving to the wait staff area to get service. AVOID THE RESTAURANT.

We have been going to Riverside for several years now. It's absolutely beautiful there. You have 3 options to swim, you can play putt putt. There is so much to do. The grounds are very nice. It's just a very nice place to stay.
