We had an excellent stay at Suncadia. Great location, great rooms and service.

We had a relaxing afternoon at the spa, did some short hikes, fished a bit, and did wine tasting in Cle Elum. And we just sat in our room and enjoyed the view.

I'd recommend the restaurant in the lodge, which had excellent service, consistent food, and a solid happy hour. The Stovepipe at the Inn was not as good. Reasonable prices for steak, but poorly executed. Hit up the Sunset Cafe in Cle Elum instead.

Overall we'd definitely stay again!

My top recommendation for Suncadia - there are incredible breweries in every direction. The Yakima Valley an hour away produces like 2/3 of the world's hop supply. And yet the tap list is completely uninspired! It could be so good.

Overall, it's a very nice resort with beautiful mountain views. You're taking chances with sleep quality if you're not on the sixth floor. We had to relocate our room due to kids running on the floor above late into the night (parenting isn't what it used to be). As I write this review from our new room, there are kids running above us again. The resort would enhance their image with couples if they had a designated area for families. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Shout out to Patrick for his exceptional service in the dining area!

There's good and less good things about this place. The spa is great, the pool access is great, food options are decent, and the coffee is good. But I guess I was expecting more for my kid to do as a four year old. I went to the concierge desk and they were like "we have nothing for that age". So we walked the trails and went to the playgrounds, and the area is beautiful but I also live in another beautiful town in Washington with all these same things so maybe I'm spoiled. City-dwellers and out of town folks might enjoy it more.

We had a lovely time!! We were able to check into our room early and spend some time at the swim and fitness center before coming back to enjoy dinner! All employees on site were extremely helpful and welcoming, especially Jesse, Adam, Kyler from the front desk and bell service, as well as Alicia from The Source lounge! Would definitely recommend a trip and we will be coming back!:)

Rooms are beautiful but not very well maintained. Bathroom fan ran all night and was loud / annoying. Refrigerator alarm kept going off husband had to fix it several times. Ice in the ice machine was all lumped together, so had to take the entire dispenser out and dump it. This should have been done prior to our stay so we could have usable ice in the kitchen. Bathroom faucet had separate hot and cold handles. The cold handle was intentionally shut off down below the vanity and therefore was not working, so trusting this was the way it was supposed to be I proceeded to watch my face and nearly scalded myself, had to stop with soap in my eyes and go to the kitchen sink to finish up. Real fun experience (I’m being sarcastic here). Swim and fitness facility is the best part of the experience hands down. Probably would not stay here again unless we had reassurances that things were functioning as they should.

For a girlfriends mini-vacation, we stayed in a corner room at the Inn. The room was huge and comfortable. The lodge was beautiful, food well worth the cost, very nice recreation center and some fun hiking trails.||The problem areas: There is no staff at the Inn and no phone in the room to call for assistance. We kept turning the thermostat down but it wouldn't stay down so our room was HOT. Nice coffee maker but only decaf coffee, not enough cream and no place in the Inn to get more. The Lodge entry area was flooded with an evergreen scent which gave my friend an instant headache so we were never able to relax in the lodge and enjoy the views. Luckily the dining area hasn't started using this scent yet or we'd have had no place within the resort to eat. The steps behind the Lodge is the only way to get to the riverside park (per several staff). We are hikers but older knees are not up for 1000 steps vs an uphill trail, so we weren't able to explore as much as we'd hoped.||The staff were all lovely and helpful, but I won't be back if the scent ends up in more areas of the Lodge.

Nice resort in a beautiful location. Big comfortable rooms and great pools. My only ask would be they work a little harder to accommodate late check out requests. Being here for a conference it would be really nice to have that hour of flexibility so I do not have to miss the last of the conference.

We came to the resort and ate at the restaurant here, we had dinner here and the food and drinks, it was all good. Some dishes better than others as my dad’s food was too salty, his potato’s weren’t fully cooked all the way thru. This place is going to run you some money as it is a higher end establishment so do not expect to come in for cheap food, unless… you come for happy hour. “The 3 Little Bird’s” is their plate of wings, 6 big wings for $8 is such a good deal. Paired up with a $4 cider beer… I will come here just for wings and beer. The taste of the wings, crispy hot wings is amazing, I consider them the best restaurant quality wings I’ve ever had. I will be coming back with my wife for happy hour wings and beer all the time. Not to mention, there is a lot of outdoor stuff to do, and the views are beautiful. I haven’t stayed here yet but will soon. The staff are nice and helpful. The vibes and feel of Suncadia just make you happy and wanting to come back. I do recommend coming here with friends and family and having a good time. I will be coming back!
