I was pleasantly surprised with my stay after reading some negative reviews. Check in and breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful. I was fortunate to receive a quiet, remodeled room on the fourth floor with a view. I appreciated that body lotion was supplied, unlike some Hamptons. Comfortable bed. Great location right on the water. |Downsides were a motion activated thermostat that turns off at night. Got overheated-waking up to reset thermostat. Breakfast room is small, with choices possibly a little more limited/lower quality than some Hamptons. |Overall, very good stay.

I wasn't lucky enough to get a room with a view of the water but the overall experience was good. The only frustrating part was taking the slow elevator to the lobby to request a parking pass then taking back down the slow elevator while either leaving your luggage at the front desk out of your site or lugging your luggage back down to the parking garage to place the $10 parking pass in your window 😵‍💫. The staff was great they didn't even give me a hard time when I requested some bottled water for the road when I checked out. If I stay here again I will get my parking pass before I bring my luggage up. I will stay again when I'm back in town.

The hotel was in okay condition, the blackout blinds were missing off the window. The shower ran, but not well. However Michelle, who runs the weekend breakfasts was phenomenal and clearly takes her role in making people’s days start as well as possible. Please let her know she is appreciated!

This hotel won me over with the coffee bar being 24/7. Sometimes after getting off work it was good to just go down and get some hot coffee or chocolate. Other hotels put that away after breakfast. You get a great view of the water from your room and there are plenty of places to eat at a walking distance. Food is a bit pricy due to it's location and because it's a tourist site as well, but the stay is very comfortable and nice. Staff is nice also.

I've stayed in many hotels, but this has to be my favorite so far. I was grumping coming in due to other things and shouldn't of projected but the lady at the front desk still greeted me with kindness. The rooms are personable and the stay is as well and I missed that part about hotels and haven't seen it yet till this place. I was homeless in the past so hotels are like home to me and this place is ✨nice✨

Location is good, the free breakfast was good. The hotel walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in your neighbors room. My door was slightly misaligned, so if I didn't let it close slowly and lift up on the handle it would slam into the striker plate, which apparently affects a lot of rooms because I heard doors slam constantly. The hallway and my room smelt horribly like cigarettes and Marijuana. Had a rate dispute due to the Hilton reservation line telling us we had a different rate than the hotel charged us to which the front desk told us that you can't trust the Hilton reservations line and have to talk to them directly.

I stay at this hotel often when I am in town to visit with my son and usually get a waterfront view room, and have a very pleasant stay. My last stay this past weekend was a huge disappointment though. I realize the hotel has been going through some renovations and I was told my waterfront view room had just been completed. But on arrival, I found the room had a very heavy pungent industrial smell. The TV remote was missing and the TV itself was disconnected. When I called the desk about it, they brought up a remote but it didn’t matter because the TV didn’t work. When I notified staff about the TV, I was given a phone number I could call to get help getting the TV online. I spent about two hours of my time dealing with this issue. I tried moving the cabinet to try to check on cable connections myself but it was way too heavy for me to manage. The TV situation was not resolved until the next day. The bed, supposedly brand new, squeaked horribly. Every little movement was a loud squeaky sound. Very annoying. The refrigerator had a part missing out of and was loud off and on during the night. There was no hair blow dryer in the room either. Again, I had to call staff to get a dryer brought up. The heat control did not seem to be working properly either. And to top it off, my last night stay, the neighbors next door seemed to be having an EXTREME night of … well, intimacy is the polite way to say it. Meaning the walls are so thin, every moan, groan and scream was apparent. And I had ear plugs in with pillows on top of my head. This went on till 2:00 a.m. My stay was just so disappointing. And exhausting. I was beyond glad to check out and head home. I will probably not stay again. There are other alternatives nearby. Which is too bad, because the location is decent, and they provide a standard breakfast without much for frills but adequate and the staff are generally very accommodating. I also paid over $500 for my two night stay. And I do feel I got ripped off a bit with this stay. I wouldn’t have minded paying the extra price if there had not been so many problems. And I was never offered any kind of compensation for all the issues.

The hotel is old, and the showers show discoloration/mildew damage in the stonework. Thermostats seem not to be highly accurate. The only good rooms are the highest cost, and those were already booked this trip. The hotel is being remodeled, so it's noisy construction and materials taking up several parking spaces. The downstairs breakfast area is nice, but bathrooms there require your room key. The parking is weird, in an unaffiliated garage, and is very limited. They keep minimal staff at the front. Some are really very friendly (lady at the breafast area is nice), some are more terse. The view is pretty, and the accessibility to Seattle by ferry is nice. This place probably only barely meets Hilton standards, I guess that's why they're remodeling. I would go elsewhere if there was another Hilton choice in the area, but there isn't.
