Beware if you are looking at Badger Bus as a vendor for your wedding. Badger Bus price gouges. Last September I was quoted $700 for 1 hour of their adorable trolley for our wedding. The quote only lasts 30 days, so I just recently requested an updated one for the exact same date, time, and location -- the quote nearly DOUBLED to $1350! I asked if this was a mistake and all they said was their rates went up in January. When I pressed, saying this must still be a mistake because how could your rates DOUBLE over just a few months, they admitted that my original quote was mistakenly using their "regular business rate" instead of their "wedding rate". So they're doubling the cost of the exact same service.

I know everything is generally more expensive if it is associated with a wedding and that some people are ok with this price gouging, but I am extremely disappointed. This is predatory and ridiculous. Just because you can get away with doubling the cost of something, doesn't mean you should. We were looking forward to supporting a local vendor, especially one that was so kind to us when we met them in person at the WedPlan expo. On principle, we will look for a different vendor.

I'm writing this review of my recent ride. I booked the Johnson/Washington stop for my return trip home. The driver didn't even stop there even though that is where my ticket was booked to. She drove straight through from Johnson Creek to Lake St. My commute home from Johnson would have been 25 minutes, but it took me an hour and 25 minutes to get home from downtown.

When I noticed the time, it was past when I should have been dropped. We were already traveling down E Wash and I was in the last seat by the bathroom, so there was nothing I could do at that point. Commuters beware if you use this stop! I sent an email to Badger Bus regarding how/why this happened with no response.

Seriously, they hire the worst drivers. They cut in front of you without signaling, can't park, and seem like overall don't care about other drivers on the street. I would not ever ride this line as the drivers are very unsafe.

It was a Learning experience I gain some skills but management is strange. Turn around rate is high. Training could be better. A few good ppl. Too much he say she say. But the coach buses are clean and ran almost professional

Most drivers are great, until they are chased out because of low pay and ignorant management. Then all you are left with are the drivers that are there just for the measly pay instead of enjoying their job. I would recommend if you need a little bit of money in between other jobs or if you are a parent that has school hours and need to be home when the kids are.

If I could give this 0 stars I would, don't listen to the confirmation email when it said arrive at the stop 10 minutes early. That's because the bus will end up being 45 minutes late like mine was. After paying $100 for a round trip from Eau claire to Madison I am very disappointed with the service. I won't be taking badger bus again after this.
