Great for young kids. Boys are 4 and 7, easy to park with short walk to towers. Lots picnic tables and bathrooms. Splash pad is really nice with a pool next to it. 3 ft to 4 1/2 feet deep I believe. You have to pay $2 for adults and $1 for kids. Also we went on forth July, came at 11 but pool didn't open until 12. Says on website it's 11 foe holidays - not sure which holiday they mean.

The park is smaller but not far from Madison, its a pritty nice place to camp with decent hiking trails lookout towers and even a pool. The sites are average, there's plenty of racoon's but overall it's one of my favorite quick camping getaways.

Great place to camp. I really liked the views from the two lookout towers! 2nd highest elevation in Wisconsin. Family really enjoyed it.

Awesome state campground with a pool, it cost 1.00 for kids under 13, 2.00 for over, so worth it!!!! I will come back for sure with more of my family!!!

The views are great some of the trails go up hill a few are level they can be muddy at times
