Highly Highly recommend this place!!! Mandy booked and planned our perfect/dream trip to Ireland! I went in with a huge list of must dos and she made an itinerary to help us hit most of them. She also found several other tours that helped us really get a feel for the city based on the preferences we shared. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back for our future travels! Excellent service! The agents are extremely helpful and creative. For special occasions OMG, honeymoons, anniversaries, birthdays !! They have created very special trips with and for families who have special needs whether it be cancer or other health issues to handicaps of a variety of kinds. Wouldn’t suggest paying the $40 fee upfront. One of the trips that was found for us was more expensive than what we had already found ourselves online. Also , was told the trip included everything, and then found out we would have had to pay $50 more per person for a bag. Disappointed.

It doesent matter who you go through at long as it's with heart of the valley travel, we always get good service, we book trips every year, Christine Jansen is great, before, during and after your trip, she's always there making sure your trip goes smoothly as possible , if we have any questions she always calls us back in a timely matter, I recommend heart of the valley travel to everyone
