This venue made our company's Christmas party feel like the best family gathering! Everyone had a blast playing foosball, shuffle board, sitting on the largest and most comfortable couch ever! The comfortable 'home away from home' ambiance was unmatched! I hope every company event can happen here..

I am a wedding photographer and photographed a wedding at Prevailing Winds Lodge in 2022 and it was such a stunning venue to work at! The Lodge was an excellent place for the couple to stay on their wedding weekend and host their friends and family there. The grounds make a beautiful backdrop for an outdoor ceremony under the trees. The venue also has lots of space for an outdoor reception under a tent. I would definitely recommend booking your wedding ceremony and reception here!

Such a magical place! We hosted my parent's 50th anniversary celebration here with family and couldn't have chosen a more perfect spot. The scenery is breathtaking, the lodge is gorgeous and the memories will last a lifetime. Jen and Steve were a joy to work with. Their communication is exceptional and they responded quickly to every need. We will definitely be returning!

Joined several women for a weekend getaway. PWL was the perfect place for busy moms to unplug and be refreshed. I appreciated the lodge’s spacious setup. There was enough room for the large group to join together and also for small pods to have conversations on their own. In addition, the four upstairs bedrooms complete queen-sized beds, luxurious blankets and comforters gave each woman their own personal space and a peaceful sanctuary making it easy to sleep in.

The beautiful outdoor setting offered a picturesque backdrop to the cozy lodge and also gave us opportunities to explore. We had refreshing hikes and caught some breath-taking sunsets and wildlife.

Overall, our hearts were full when we left on Sunday. At PWL, no amenity is forgotten, so we were able to spend our time pouring into each other and refreshing our souls. Thank you, thank you for sharing this special place with us.

Our wedding day (and weekend) wouldn’t have been the same without PWL ❤️. If we could choose this as our venue 1000 times over, we would! Jen and Steve were amazing to work with and so responsive to all of my questions over our almost 3 years of planning! Our entire wedding party stayed in the lodge Friday and Saturday night of our wedding weekend and it was amazing having everyone together in one place- talk about relaxing! It is a whole experience staying at the lodge and having all wedding events right there. I truly can’t even put it into words! From staying at the lodge to walking up the prairie surrounded by wildflowers and rolling hills to the clear top tent on the prairie, it was something we and our guests will never forget. THANK YOU!

We booked the entire lodge to host a retirement party for my dad and had a fantastic experience! From the moment of inquiry until our check-out, Jen and Steve were warm, professional and communicative. We travelled in October; had I known about this place I would have considered it for my summer wedding. The trails out back are beautiful, the kitchen is well-stocked, the games kept the kids busy...there is something for everyone. Jen and Steve even left us homemade scones! The beds are incredibly comfortable - we ended up coming home and buying the same pillows and sheets. I can't recommend booking enough!
