Me and my family had an amazing time, amazing service with checking in and checking out, amazing service at the casino and bar! Overall I enjoyed my trip UNTIL me and my family went to the Wiisini-Daa restaurant and the waitress Stephanie was beyond rude!

We had late dinner Saturday night at Wiisini-Daa and the waitress Stephanie was beyond RUDE I placed a pick up order with her around 8pm and my wait time was 15-20 minutes And when I come back, she right away, recognized me and ran to the back comes out, tells me that They are packing up my order and I asked her if she can give me a pack of mustard and ketchup just walks off while I was speaking to her, which was really rude, but whatever I was just hungry just came from Milwaukee and was just trying to have a little snack from our road trip So I put up with the attitude UNTIL We came the next morning, which is Sunday for breakfast she sit us down and throw our menus at us And then asked us if we wanted anything to drink, and we placed our drink order and when she comes back with our drinks, my husband asked If we can have a straw She threw the straw at my husband and then my niece and asked if anyone else wanted a straw and we said no because we didn’t want things thrown at us so we just asked to pay for our drinks And she said okay I can take you guys over here instead of apologizing for her rudeness! In case anyone wants to come to this restaurant, make sure not to go with the waitress Stephanie!!!

I had a great time staying here. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The food was good too. They really accommodated us very well. Someone went out of their way to get a basketball game on for us in the sports betting area on multiple tvs. Will be staying here again for sure. Mole Lake is a great community!

Stayed 3/15/25 room was nice but was hoping for a hot tub to be working for the price we paid. A free coffee in morning would be nice too after spending a couple hundred in the casino and not winning anything to play a while.

The only reason I gave any stars is the every day hired help.
Just when I thought they couldn't get any cheaper I received the December mailer.
Chance of earning any free play has been reduced again. No promotion on Mondays at all, zero.
Whoever is making these decisions must have zero players club experience in a casino setting.
Speaking of setting. Is there a lower payback percentage that the machines could be set. I sincerely doubt it.
I worked in a casino setting up machines on the floor. These are screwed down tight at the lower bet levels.
The people working the remodeled restaurant are great. The food and pricing not so much.

Update from last review...so the restaurant in the casino has changed a few times and we decided to try out this one because the inside is absolutely gorgeous and we haven't eaten their food yet and I swear we will NEVER RETURN!! THE PRICE OF THE FOOD DOES NOTTTT COME CLOSE TO THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD ITS TOO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT THEY SERVE!!!
My daughter ordered the kids Mac n cheese which was about $9 and it came out 😮🤦🏽‍♀️... It was just regular BOX MACARONI!!!! Talk about being disappointed 😞 Then, my other daughter ordered the chicken Alfredo and the chicken looked n tasted exactly like the frozen chicken strips u get at the store!! My man ordered the pork chop and THAT WAS DISGUSTING it tasted like it was smoshed flubber!!! I got a bowl of their chicken wild rice soup and I'm pretty sure it was canned chicken they put in their soup and it wasn't the creamy kind so I was a bit disappointed but overall I think that was probably the best besides the water💁🏽‍♀️that we had..oh yeah we ordered the calamari for appetizers and well... I'm just done with this review and DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING HERE TO WASTE MONEY ON FOOD WE CAN MAKE QUICKLY AT HOME!! TOOOO EXPENSIVE!!

The staff is awesome the food was wonderful the gaming floors were great and our room was impeccable oh yeah and they're working on the pool cuz I'm still waiting parts to get to pull up and running and that's going to take some time so if you're looking for a pool check with the front when you check in the or when you call if the pool is operational yet they're doing their best to get it up and going but besides that everything was awesome I would tell everybody anyone to go and enjoy themselves for a couple days there

I can't believe what just happened at molake casino restaurant. My mom, my dad, and my mom, ordered prime rib. I ordered medium rare, my mom and dad ordered medium - look at the pictures

We found the Mole Lake Lodge to be clean and comfortable. Our suite was large and very nice. There were no phones in our room. The staff was friendly and helpful and even supplied our group with towels to clean our motorcycles, which was very helpful. We found the new restaurant in the casino to be very nice with good food, fair prices, and excellent service. I would like to visit this place again.
