Interesting concept of having beer, seltzer, cocktails, etc. available via self-pour taps. But for me, the real draw is the food. I was in town on business and ended up dining here every night. I recommend anything with their Barbacoa Beef!

A great place to sample and try food. Easy to park place with plenty of spaces right on the cross section. They have beers, seltzers, wine and cocktails all on tap changing regularly, pay by the ounce and self pour. A little steep on prices but there is free soda and water as you serve yourself. Great for groups and they have a mug club.

Went back a week later on a Saturday, still amazing and have hooked 2 more people on their hand tossed crust! 😋

Sunday visit so Packers and other NFL games were on the many TVs. Fantastic self pour options including wine, mix cocktails (bloody Mary was nice and peppery), and many beers including make your own flights. 🍺 The pinsa style, hand tossed crust is amazing! BBQ bacon ranch and spicy chicken were huge hits. 1 pizza can feed 4 adults, so plan for leftovers. 😋🍕

Atmosphere left a little to be desired of, a little loud and the chairs are uncomfortable.
But... the service was great and the food was even better. The self serve tappers are a good idea and a really easy way to try a good variety of beverages.

Stood around waiting to get set up. Considering they only have like one person per shift you think prices would be a little better since they don't have a huge payroll. Expensive. Foods good though.

Edit based on response- I wasn't referring to the price of food, I should have been more specific. I meant the price of the drinks. I could understand local beer and craft being more expensive, but even cheap domestic beer was 2-3x price of any bar/restaurant around. And you don't even pay anyone to serve said beer. Thanks

We had two of the flatbreads which were DELICIOUS! The atmosphere is wonderful and Lace was informative and friendly. Never been to a Taproom like this before. Wish we had one exactly like this in Delaware! Definitely worth a visit if you are in Baraboo!

As someone who doesn’t drink tap beer or craft beer I was hesitant to come in, but my husband bragged up the food so I had to try it. First thing’s first, the food was delicious. We had BBQ wings and chips along with an order of the hand breaded garlic cheese curds with homemade ranch and marinara. YUM. Second, they have a selection of wines and cocktails. Lace was the host and was super helpful, friendly, and very professional! Helped us with the process of the self pour taps and checked in on us multiple times without being too overbearing! Definitely recommend!

As a local, this is definitely my favorite place ❤️ Besides the great atmosphere and outstanding service, their amazing homemade food and delicious salads are the best in the area! They have
a wall full of different snd constantly rotating cocktails, beer and wine at your service. Draft City is most definitely a must !!! 🤤
