School has only been going for a month now and they have misplaced my 4 year old daughter 3 times. You can understand my frustration when I called the 3rd time and one of the managers, Tim, hung up on me twice. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.

Our kids driver Gary is a complete joke. No communication skills what so ever even after I called the company and told them to give him my number. My children are bullied by the older kids and sadly my kids are the ones being threatened with being removed from the bus. My kids are not perfect by any means, but his incompetence at his job is creating the invoroment on the bus. My kids rode a year and a half with Melanie and she was fantastic! My husband also called the bus company about an issue and has still yet to hear anything back, that was 3 days ago.

Very friendly even though I really wasn't my son wanted to ride the bus to his friends house and I wasn't aware that I had to schedule that in advance but they you're very helpful with everything and got it all
