Booked a stay for 2 nights as this was a reasonably price hotel. We will not be staying here again.
The room was definitely not the cleanest. I found more than a handful of hairs on our "clean sheets." There was no remote for the TV which itself was blury and subpar. (Went to the front desk after checking all the places. They had to find batteries for another one) The shower knob was finicky. There were places in the room that obviously were NOT cleaned, (floors by bed, windowsills, coffee maker, fridge...) The desk drawers were broken and the sink drain was slow. With all this, we grinned and bared it.
The only thing on our kids minds was swimming, which is why we booked a hotel with a pool. The pool was spacious and the hot tub was fine. My kids and husband went swimming 4 times and took showers after. HOWEVER, my kids are now complaining of itchy skin and have rashy spots. I know the chlorine levels in hotels are a bit high but in the case of kids and sensitive skin, this was way too much. Never again. Breakfast was OK. The coffee maker should be cleaned. When I got a cup of hot water, there were flakes of stuff in it. This place needs some updates which I don't see happening anytime soon, unfortunately. When I booked this hotel, there was only one kind of room available. (Standard double queen) The other rooms (King or a room with a whirlpool in it) were "not available. We came on a Thursday and stayed til Saturday. There seemed to be only a few other cars on Thursday night which has me wondering how many rooms that were not available actually were"out of order/not livable"

Jessica was there to check us in, very friendly and professional. Super easy check in! Upon checking in we noticed our room didn’t seem super clean, the floor had stuff all over it as if it wasn’t vacuumed, there was a good amount of dust build up that was visible, the pillows were so flat they had no stuffing, and the bed was so worn and used you could see the indents where people slept.

Breakfast wasn’t stocked well, front desk whom was stocking breakfast never used gloves or a hairnet, new “fresh” eggs were thrown on top of older eggs instead of traded out. The sausage patties were so cold I had to microwave them for 2 min to get them decent enough to eat, the coffee machine was down and not usable.

There was a bar, but they didn’t serve food, and they were not open the hours they stated they’d be open.

Very nice hotel! We had a jacuzzi suite. Comfortable bed. Heat worked great!! Very nice staff. Breakfast was outstanding! Loved that there was eggs and sausage, not just waffles!! Great selection. Only 2 minor things to complain about, not that they were a big issue, but there wasn't a lot of room between the toilet and the door when you went in and tried to move to shut the door. And when we opened up the fridge there was a Culver's bag with food and a twisted tea from the previous occupants. Like I said, not a big deal. We totally plan on staying again. Hopefully the bar will be open past 9pm. We did love the fact we could get shuttle service back and forth to the casino!!

We are still laughing about this place. The front desk people are helpful and nice, but if you go to the front desk when the bar is open you will find the attendant playing pool and taking shots. The bar has a breathalyzer so you can see if you are able to drive home safely, I kid you not! The breakfast attendant and the maintenance guy, I am pretty sure is the same person and he lives in the hotel. The toilet in our room didn’t flush, the heater ran every 5 mins so finally at 2:00 am we shut it off to attempt to get some sleep. The room smelled of stale cigarettes and mold. The blankets on the bed were thin and one of the blankets was the one from the 80’s that you everyone and their grandma had, you know the velvety kinda one? ||Anyway, we had to stay here due to a sports competition, but if we ever come back, we will be staying somewhere else.

I check into this hotel for a solo night for a work trip. I received my keys for my room and opened the door only to find it not cleaned from the previous persons use. After working a long day all I want to do is relax, and since I booked on a third party website I was not offered a discount.

Room was either cleaned poorly or forgotten to be cleaned. Spots from coffee poured out in sink. Trash still in garbage. Dirty hand towels by sink but shower was unusued. Bed didn't look slept in but you could see pillows were propped and blankets disturbed like someone was laying and watching TV. After 12hrs of driving and almost 11pm checkin I just slept on the side that wasn't disturbed and won't be back.

Rooms are clean, staff is warm and friendly, Breakfast is outstanding. It is a quiet retreat for a relaxing time away form home. A good place to stay when going to the Legacy Dinner Theater in the Dell. Easy access to the County BD that takes you right in front of the Theater.
