The location was great, close to our convention center, restaurants, and shopping. The hotel parking lot was clean, well marked and well lit with many access doors from the hotel. Our suite was so clean and welcoming, the lighting was really nice with many ways to turn lights on/off. The furniture was clean, modern and very comfortable. The TV was easy to use and all channels were available. The staff was very friendly and professional. This is the third time we have stayed in this hotel in 2 years and it continues to be my first choice of the many in the area. Thank you for a great experience (as always)!

This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. I especially appreciated the complimentary evening appetizers and free laundry—such a rare and thoughtful touch! The pool and hot tub area was well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

While the kitchen was quite small, the full-sized refrigerator was a great convenience. The rooms were quiet and seemed well soundproofed, which made for restful nights. My only complaint was the TV not having the apps to log into -- you have to cast from your phone/computer to connect. Breakfast was decent, offering the usual options like scrambled eggs, waffles, and sausage.

Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay—I would gladly return!

Great hotel, modern and large rooms. King studio suite has fully stocked amenities to prepare food if desired. Modern bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Great pool and hot tub area. Breakfast was good with helpful staff.We booked through a 3rd party booking site, trips.com as they offered the best rate, so we thought. They failed to mention the hotel has a daily resort fee not included in their prepaid fee. Credit card was needed to hold as an $50 incidental which was listed on the site and reimbursed if no incidents. Loved the hotel just wish it was noted on booking site extra frees required as we prepaid and was surprised upon arrival.

The property is very clean. The suite was the perfect size for our family of 4. Having a small kitchen was great. Breakfast buffet and making waffles is a favorite for our kids. The buffet was clean and well stocked. The food was just OK but was not any better or worse than I would expect. The pool was a great amenity. It was clean and well stocked with towels. We will very likely stay here again for future vacations in the Dells.

We enjoyed the location of this hotel and the hotel itself! It was clean and the amenities are great! The noise levels were best I've come into. The layout of the room/bedroom is a bit different with it being right off the beds location. Everything about our stay would bring us back, the only concern is an extra $50 charged to my credit card that I am looking into...

This was my third time staying at staybridge suites lake delton. Always a great time. Checkin and checkout easy and fast. Loved all the amenities. Great location. Was a little hard to regulate room temperature but figured it out. King size bed was great…pillows were way too big and soft. Bed is a bit high to get into. Looks like kitchen utensils don’t get replaced if missing…eg only one spoon not a big deal though. Love breakfast. Would like option for decaf coffee please and need a microwave to reheat foods that have cooled off while eating or to melt shredded cheese etc. waffle maker is a waste of food especially with children…they most likely won’t finish it. Try a pancake maker it’s great! No mess. Breakfast potatoes no flavor and overcooked. Will return!

Large modern hotel with spacious rooms. King suite offered a kitchenette to prepare food in if you wished to do so. Comfortable beds with walk in showers. Great breakfast and location as well. Large pool and hot tub, but it was usually full as there are a lot of rooms so more guests to use the pool area.
We booked and prepayed through a third party site and unbenounced to us a $15 plus tax resort fee was added on when we arrived. The hotel is great, but I wouldn't consider it a resort to take on an extra fee.

Let me start by saying that this place was my favorite place to stay every time I went to the Dells with my family for the past 4 years or so since they opened. ||This place started out so clean and well managed. You’d walk in and see two people behind the desk that were helpful and nice. Now, you walk in and are greeted by an annoyed attitude and an unhelpful hurried attitude. This has been the case during both of my last two visits and it was a different person both times. ||The rooms started out as perfectly clean and well maintained. Now you walk in as someone who’s been here dozens of times over 4 years and you can immediately see the difference. Furniture missing or damaged, dirty sheets, trash stuck in between the beds that wasn’t cleaned. ||The breakfast used to be great and a terrific added value. Now it’s so average that I’d rather go across the street to McDonald’s or skip breakfast all together. ||I won’t be back and it’s so bad that I’ll probably just burn my remaining points with other IHG hotels and move on to a different brand entirely.
