Always great, fresh food every time.

Their breakfast sandwich is always great. Served with sausage, cheese, apple butter, all on what I’m assuming is an homemade biscuit.

Their scrambler is a delicious option if you’re looking for something a little lighter.

They also normally have seasonal items that are always delicious. Today I had the gingerbread pancakes served with pears on top. A combination that I wouldn’t have thought of but worked perfectly.

If you don’t make it in time for their breakfast their lunch is just as great. Love supporting this small business whenever I’m in the area.

As a last minute decision, we decided to plan our third wedding of 2020. We hosted a small intimate wedding at the Tomorrow River Homestead in Nelsonville, WI.

As a part of planning, we needed the perfect caterer! Eleonore (GypsyMoon Bakehaus) at the Village Hive was highly, highly recommended. We decided to have food caterer three times throughout our stay, for rehearsal and twice on Saturday.

Leading up the day, she was prompted and was able to provide us with everything we had envisioned. Her ideas and suggestions for food had us feeling very confident going into the weekend. She BLEW US AWAY!

To this day, our guests are still raving about the food. Everything was fresh and out of the world delicious. We are forever grateful for her expertise and would recommend her and the Village Hive to anyone!

What a sweet little place! Delicious baked goods and food items, plus a few local produce items, coffee, and other products. The service was friendly and helpful. I can't wait to go back.

Awesome food, great atmosphere, a vibe that would bring peace to even the most jaded of cynics, and a proprietor to match. Highly recommend. Live a little, ya know? There are vast secrets out there to be discovered by the curious soul.

Oh, and as a newbie Go player, the lessons are free, plentiful, and only slightly painful. 😆😉

This cute little bakery has always been a major snack destination for me, so I'm happy to report that their shop is once again fully stocked with tons of tasty treats to choose from. (Understandably, last year they had slim pickings for a bit while they changed up bakers and some went on short breaks.) Today, their shelves were packed with so many good options, including many snacks that I've never seen there before. Definitely worth a stop.

There's something almost magical about The Village Hive Bakery. From the outstanding and super friendly customer service to the incredibly baked goods from a great selection of bakers - this place is a must stop if you're in Amherst, or really the greater Point area, any Wednesday thru Saturday. Don't miss the grain free ginger cookies, sourdough breads, tasty breakfast & lunch options like soups, wraps, pasties and more. Everything we've gotten from here has been flavorful, enjoyable and always an excellent choice.

Stopped in on my way through town to get a quick snack and I stumbled upon this place, and I’m so happy I did! I had the black rice pudding with mango and basil, incredible. The cold brew was perfect. Wonderful service!(:
