We have stayed twice at the Wasilla cabins, both times extremely happy with the owners and location. They have everything you might need in a beautiful quiet cabin with an awesome view. We feel very relaxed and safe when staying at the Creekside cabins and have no desire to stay anywhere else. The owners are great and you can tell they really care about you and your experience. Its a wonderful feeling not dealing with the random stresses you usually get at a hotel and it feels like going home when you head back after a day of adventures. With the full kitchen, decent size fridge, and BBQ on the deck you can also save a bunch of money making your own meals instead of eating at restaurants, which is really great.

The cabin was so tranquil and perfect! Loved ending our days on the porch with a drink, admiring the view! The owners were so great and had the cabin ready for our arrival! Made our trip that much better! Glad we decided to stay a few days in Wasilla as we ventured up to Denali.

Just checked out after staying for 4 nights in the serenity cabin on our honeymoon. Cabin was very clean and was decorated nicely in order to have a home like feel. Very close to amenities yet still set back in the woods with beautiful views and a quiet remote setting. Highly recommend to anyone looking to visit Alaska!

This was my second time staying here. First time we stayed in the Bella Donna cabin in June of 2013. This time we stayed in the Chinook cabin. The cabins can comfortably sleep a family of five or four people sleeping single. They have everything you could want. Fully equipped kitchen, living room with satellite TV, nice bathrooms, wifi, and a private deck. The owners are a pleasure to deal with and go out of their way to make sure you have the best stay possible. Alaska Creekside Cabins are a must stay!

We have stayed at Creekside Cabins' various locations for over 10 years now, and we just live a few miles up the road from the closest one. They make great winter weekend getaways- they are quiet, immaculately clean and very nicely appointed. The full kitchens are a huge plus, and we always leave wishing we could just stay another day. We highly recommend them to anyone needing a place to stay in the valley.

The Creekside cabin at Wasilla met all our expectations and more. The cabin is perfect for couples and can also accommodate families. The cabin we stayed in had a comfortable loft to sleep in as well. The living room area had a couch and a fireplace to keep you warm. The cabin was very clean and the kitchen came completed equipped with dishware, cookware, silverware, and other miscellaneous amenities i.e., a full size fridge which was nice because we were able to get some groceries and not try to pile it into a mini fridge similar to ones at hotels. Television and wi-fi is also available if you wanted to rest in between sightseeing. The front porch view is just a memorable as the other places we went to. The ability to wake up in the morning and drink hot coffee while looking at mountains and a creek was very relaxing. The shower was always hot which is essential for the cold nights. There was a tub with jets that was an added luxury. I genuinely felt at home when we would return from a long day of traveling to then unwind at the cabin. I did not feel out of place or felt as though I couldn't relax once I got back to the cabin. This location was centrally located to everything we needed and acted as a great "home base" to branch out and travel to other cities, but not necessarily have to stay the night in those cities. The location allowed us to wake up early, travel, sight-see, then return home. There is a convenient CrossFit gym nearby for those fitness inclined. The owners of the property were incredibly warm and informative about the best places to visit in Alaska; including areas that were off-beat and not saturated with tourists. I'm not one to write reviews, but the lodging greatly contributed to our overall happiness with the trip. We were able to sleep in a safe, cozy, relaxing cabin that allowed us to maximize our experience with traveling during our trip. I usually remember the attractions that were visited most on previous trips, but I specifically remember feeling truly relaxed while we were staying at the cabin. Traveling during "vacation" can still illicit stress, and the cabin allowed us to decompress.

I visit the Mat-Su regularly on business and the Creekside has become a mainstay for my trips there. Location is quiet, peaceful and beautiful but convenient - much prefer it to those close in to Wasilla. Host has been great. The cabins are compact but comfortable.

Our 3rd time here at Alaska Creekside. Quiet, serene, and gorgeous views. Cabins have everything you need to feel "at home" in Alaska. Convenient to Wasilla/Palmer and Mat-su area. Owners are wonderful people - a MUST stay!
