We stopped here while on a train ride. It wasn’t our scheduled restaurant, but everyone was raving about the great cinnamon rolls we just had to try. Unfortunately, they were sold out by the time we got there!! So, if you’re on the train ride, go get cinnamon rolls first!
We ordered delicious hot chocolate, and a slice of salted caramel cheesecake. Both were SO good!

Oh wow went during maple syrup days. Yum the candied bacon blt was excellent, the maple chili hot dog so so. The maple latte delish. Very crowded but still got a table, fast service and atmosphere.

So happy to have such a sweet spot here in the county. I absolutely love being able to get tasty drinks and tasty food so close to home! The almost heaven chicken salad is an absolute must!!

We did buffet style lunch with the train ride. Everything was prepared when we got there. They checked on people to see if they needed anything else and were friendly overall. The fresh baked cinnamon rolls were large and yummy!

We were passing through and saw this place I decided to stop for some coffee. My vanilla latte was was perfect and Jen's chai latte was creamy and delicious. I'd stop here again. Okay

Probably the slowest service I have ever gotten at a cafe, waited well over an hour for a bagel and a biscuit, that was alright at best. They were not even busy and had 3 people in the kitchen. Simply just no idea how to run a restaurant.

Life saving.

Walking distance from our AirBnb, this block buster of a cafe was everything we could have asked for to start our day.

The food… where to start. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and pancakes. I tell you hwhat, if those biscuits were any fluffier, I would’ve thought they were clouds. The bacon, divine. The eggs, cooked to perfection, covered in melted freedom cheese. If you don’t have it with mayo, then you Have. Not. Lived.

As for the pancakes. Topped with the perfect ratio of butter to pancake, every bite filled me with great joy. Filling, yet light, the paradoxical pancakes finished the meal in grand fashion.

My friends were equally satisfied with their breakfast sandwiches and Ruben… side note, the freshly cooked fries were *chefs kiss*. We left the cafe satisfied and ready to take on the Lodge Marys that awaited us.

I will be back to try the biscuits and gravy! Until we meet again, Simple Sweet Cafe.
