Augies is probably a great place, just went there on a bad night. We sat down and got our food order in, and got our drinks right away. Then waited about 30 minutes before we mentioned that our food hasn’t come in. This wasn’t a very busy night. They told us that they forgot to put our curds in, and then waited another 15 minutes before the appetizers arrived. They said that they were busy and had a lot of orders ahead of us. We were looking for our food order the entire time. They weren't busy at all. No updates. No nothing. They had multiple breaks we noticed though! After about another 30 minutes, we asked the cook very nicely if the rest of our food was done, she totally ignored us! And then turned around acting like she didn’t hear us. Outrageous! Could only give us drink chips for compensation! Can’t and won’t go there again because of this experience. From all these other reviews, I’m sure this is a good place. Hopefully the Thursday night crew can turn things around.

We showed up on a Tuesday afternoon with 15 people, all ordering drinks and food. One gal tending bar, serving food, and cooking too. She did fabulous! And the food was all wonderful. Thanks so much!
