I want to say THANK YOU CALEB!!! He was such a big help for us. We had a wedding in Oct. and I was trying to book a room. After I entered the group discount code for the wedding it changed the dates on my reservation to tonight instead of Oct. Caleb was very sweet and helped us set the correct date to the Wedding date. Definitely, we will definitely come back to this place. This place is filled with very nice and good customer service. I will recommend this to others due to their phenomenal diligence. Thank you once again

I had a great stay. Wonderful kind front desk people. So kind and helpful. Greeted my family and I with open arms and made our stay enjoyable! Everything was clean and well kept! I'll definitely stay here anytime I'm in town!

This hotel exceeded so many expectations! Great staff, clean comfortable rooms, all around, a great place to stay! I didn't use the pool, but it looked very fun and I was wishing that I brought my swim suit. The breakfast was quite a surprise, so many options, and the area was kept stocked and clean!

The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was very clean and the lay out of the 2 king bed room was perfect for our family. Breakfast was hot and had a good variety of options.

The hotel does great at what I needed. The room was clean and well kept. Hotel was quiet, had decently comfortable beds, okay pillows and a window with a view of the surrounding area. They also had a nice employee that greets you when entering.

I really only have three negatives things about the hotel.

1. The fridge would freeze drinks somehow. Even when not in the freezer portion.
2. The water pressure for the shower was lacking. Not a big deal but worth mentioning.
3. During breakfast the gravy for biscuit and gravy was room temperature.

These are nitpicks but add up.

My family and came to St. Croix falls to get away from the noise of our busy lives, and we found the check-in to be extremely fast and little hassle. The room was clean and we had enough towels in the bathroom. The pool was awesome the the family really enjoyed their stay including the breakfast.

From the moment I walked it- Alb confirmed that I made a great decision staying here. Fast check-in, room just steps away, and very knowledgeable toy questions on the area. Room great and was right next to the exercise room- which is 10*'s to me- didn't want to leave the room. Checked out next day and got my receipt and a big smile and thank you- wow! Awesome! Thanks!
