Extremely rude and provided no care and concern.
Im a greenbrier entertainer and was referred to this location. I called to make an appointment and the phone call lasted 2 minutes. Told them I referred by a head director for the greenbrier and that I was also an employee for the greenbrier. They cut me off and said they aren’t taking any new patients.

Greenbrier Clinic is a premier diagnostic facility, which accomplishes in one day what usually takes weeks to schedule. All personnel are professional, friendly and will go to any lengths to accommodate the patient's needs. We are extremely fortunate to live within an hour's drive.

Exceptional!
My experiences at The Greenbrier Clinic have all been exceptional. Their kindness and professionalism upon arrival are so welcoming. The care received from every department I encountered--the lab, radiology, gastroenterology, nutrition, -- was the highest level of care I have ever received. All of my experiences at The Greenbrier Clinic have been 5 star. The Executive Physical is a very thorough physical and the one on one time with my physician is incredible. My physical is an investment in my health and gives my family and I piece of mind that I will be around for a long time!

I am not a fan of doctors' offices or any medical setting and therefore try to avoid it as much as possible. I was convinced to give the Executive Health program a try, though, and it was a fantastic experience. It felt so much more comfortable than a traditional medical setting, and I was impressed with the time the team took getting to know me and my medical history. The entire procedure was incredibly thorough, and I was confident that I had relevant information to better manage my health. It was a positive experience that I couldn't have predicted.
