I had such a blast here. Came all the way from Florida and my best friend and I wanted to go ziplining, and I did. I'm glad I chose here. The staff were extremely friendly. And our tour guides, Lee and Collin, were immaculate. They made sure we had a great time and made it very personal throughout the tour. They made sure they used our names and made sure we were okay.

Huge THANK YOU to Lee and Collin for being a great add-on to my trip.

We visited River Riders this past weekend for the ziplining Canopy Tour and put simply, it was a fantastic experience! We were joined by a family of 4, with 2 younger children, and everyone in our group was able to comfortably manage the waking, climbing (3 ladders), and 2 bridges. We were lucky enough to enjoy a mild Fall day with temps in the high 50s/low 60s, with dry conditions. The views throughout the tour are amazing, as were our Tour Guides Trent and Claire. The youngest member of our group was very hesitant to take the final leap from the platform for the last 1000 ft zipline, but they were patient, gentle, supportive, and encouraging, which allowed him to take the final leap, and he loved it. If you're looking to get out to enjoy the outdoors we highly recommend the River Riders zipline tour.

I took my 9 year old and 7 year old tent camping (river sites) this weekend and I was concerned after reading the reviews on the train. I can tell you, as a single mom, with a child with mild Autism that the trains were not an issue for us. I was worried as noises bother him sometimes, but he was sooooo excited about the train itself. He loved it. The trains are close but they are a little elevated so it wasn't a safety issue. I could hear them at night but my kids slept through it. I don't sleep well in general so it's not unusual. The sites are close together if you're used to National Park camping so there isn't much privacy. But we would go back. The river views were amazing to wake up to. I just wanted to share my experience with the trains since that was my biggest worry going into it.

We had the most fun we’ve ever had at the Adventure Park!!! Everyone was so welcoming and helped us getting to the finish line. Some of the courses can be challenging, but the expert staff really motivate you and help you accomplish the course. They are always ready to jump in and give you “a push”, if you need it. By far the most professional and knowledgeable staff of all the river operators in the area… Thank you River Riders for the confidence build and teamwork.

Absolutely loved the unguided rafting..the deluxe raft is very difficult to steer. This stretch of the river and the river riders facility is awesome, accommodating with gifts, preparations, a bar and restaurant...even some food trucks outside. I do think the end of the course where you get picked up, is not marked well enough. If ppl weren't already headed up this giant step hill, I would not have known where the pickup point is by the green bridge. Maybe place a sign

This is my second time with River Riders. I first went 15y ago for the white water rafting (it was amazing). We went for a birthday celebration this past weekend and it was another great experience! There were 7 in our group and we had the best day going down the river, lunching, chatting, and enjoying the incredibly beauty of the Potomac River. I can't wait to come back soon to share this awesome adventure with my kids.

We (group of 4) came from Delaware on a weekend adult trip and had such a great time ziplining. We had Trent,Thomas, and Alex as our guides and they were all great! They were very thorough on what we had to do and so fun to be around! We will be back sometime in the future and will be asking for them again!

We rented a six person luxury cabin and rented kayaks through River Riders. The cabin was cute and was right on the river. It was clean, had air conditioning, and had a wonderful cedar smell. We paid extra to have linens provided and it was definitely worth it instead of having to bring towels, washcloths, sheets, and blankets. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back next summer.
