Standard. Standard Hampton Inn quality and convenience. Room and lobby are clean and property is well maintained but a little old. Exercise room is small but adequate, no pool. Free breakfast was standard issue but everything seemed clean and well organized. I think my favorite thing was the reliable service and comfort and the coffee was great too!

Jackie was very friendly and pleasant at check out. We are eleven year Hilton Diamond members. This is a very basic. very minimum Hampton; which is over priced for the rate they charge. This Hampton has a 48 hour cancelation policy for getting your money back, and I see not reason why this property should have a cancelation policy of over 24 hours! No fresh baked cookies at check in. This property is older and only has one elevator. They have an outdoor swimming pool, which is only open in the summer months. They only have one full sized luggage cart and two 1/2 luggage carts, none with any hooks to hang small bags on! There were only two bath towels, hand towels, and two wash cloths in our room. There were not enough 110v outlets on each side of the bed. There were not enough 110v outlets near the desk. The breakfast is the most basic, most minimum breakfast offerings that are offered at a Hampton Inn. No-one is ever at the desk, you need to ring a bell to get help to come to the desk!

I stay in hotels over 200 nights a year and this is one of the worst experiences I've had at a hotel. I stayed at this location for two weeks. Things were ok the first few nights. Then I found a bedbug in the room. The hotel put me up in another room. Then I basically didn't get housekeeping the last 4 nights/days.

If you're considering staying in the area, I would look into one of the other brands with newer buildings. There's no advantage to staying at Hampton - not price, not service, not location, not breakfast.

The hotel was average, clean room…. Nothing too exceptional, nor bad! The desk clerk WAS exceptional.|The evening we stayed, 10/08/2024)the desk clerk was wonderful…We had been traveling and had a bit of laundry… she gave us a room near the laundry facility and there was a little problem with the washer. She responded promptly, got the problem sorted out… all with a smile….so she was hero and the absolute best part of our stay!

My family stayed here for one night in September. This was our first time staying and we had a great experience. This hotel is clearly fairly new, or newly refurbished, and had modern accommodations and decorations. Nothing was special, but it was clean and welcoming as well as very affordable.

The location is good, but the entrance of the hotel is hard to find. There are a few other corporate buildings around, such as a gas station and a few restaurants, but none of the parking lots are connected. This led to my family getting turned around, so just be aware. Otherwise, the location is great! I was able to safely walk to the gas station late to get some drinks, and everything was well lit.

This is one of the few hotels that honored my request for extra pillows and towels. The room was clean, and the price was great. I would certainly stay here again or recommend this location to someone else passing through!

First, the receptionist was very welcoming. I've stayed almost exclusively at Hampton Inns. Most all receptionists are nice. This person was right up there. Had a electronic room key but she had one for me when I came down and asked for an additional key. When I asked for a room for a relative next to ours. . no problem. The hotel was clean. And super comfortable as usual. This was the least expensive Hampton in the area by the way. Breakfast? No Cheerios but that was fine. I had a waffle which was good. Highly recommend as a place to stay.

Well overall the stay was great... just upon arriving in the room and going to clean and spray down things it was a lot of hair in the bathroom... shower curtain was dirty also... but from checking in with Amy to checking out with Jackie it was great... I'll be back

Unfortunately our room was dirty, hair in the bathtub, floor was dirty, sheets didnt look clean, thick layer of dust on a lot of the surfaces. And the bed was incredibly uncomfortable.

Also the room seemed to have almost no sound proofing. The dog in the room next to us was barking incessantly and sniffing under the door. And we could hear the people in the room clearly. Doors slamming all night. We asked to get a different room but was told we couldnt because no one was available to clean our room (?)
